Pullman Zamzam Madina

For people coming to visit Medina, I can't recommend Pullman Zamzam enough. Our stay with a young toddler and baby was excellent. The room was clean and had a lovely view opposite to the Prophet's mosque. All in all our stay was great and the staff was super professional.

We have had a lovely stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is located very close to the mosque which is very convenient.

The restaurant was great, amazing choice of breakfast and brilliant service. Special thanks to Shahid Anjum at the roof top restaurant for great customer service.

Will definitely be staying here again 😊.

No regrets with choosing this hotel.

Room was clean and had plenty of space.

Breakfast was ok.. it is the weakest component to the overall stay.. (breakfast is acceptable, needs improving if being honest).

Our recent stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were adequate. Parvez, who was part of the cleaning team, deserves special mention for his friendly and efficient service

We checked in last night and so far have an excellent experience. Everyone is very friendly and service is great.

We appreciate Ahmed from the Atrium coffee shop. He offered to take pictures for us and he was very attentive to my toddler and gave her a cute coloring book with camels after seeing how much she loved the camels displayed. Shukran!

This is my second time at this hotel and I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable and all of the amenities one would need were provided. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient. It was located just a short walk from the Prophet Muhammad Mosque.

The staff at the hotel provided superb service. Everyone was friendly, polite, and eager to assist guests in any way needed. A special thanks to Abdel Reheem at the front desk. He went out of his way on several occasions to help with recommendations for things to do or places to eat. His knowledge of the local area and kindness made checking in and out a pleasant experience.

Overall, this was an excellent choice of hotel. Both the accommodations and staff left us feeling well cared for during our stay. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

This Hotel is incredible, the rooms offer plenty of space and all needed services. The breakfast buffet is small and contains all the essentials, fruits, breads, cheeses, nice eggs stations and pan cake station, very delicious dishes. The view on the upper breakfast floor is simply wow. Mohsen was especially helpful guiding us with excellent suggestions and supporting us during breakfast, thanks a ton and may God bless you!

I loved my stay in this hotel. Everything was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk and the service desk went out of their way to help you. The hotel is as close as it gets to the haram. The area had fewer restaurants than the back of the haram but still had good shops around. This would be my first choice if I visit Al Madinah again.

Whenever I plan to visit the beautiful city of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w I choose Pullman Zamzam. My family loves the location and hospitality offered. Food- breakfast normally what we opt for is superb.

We had an amazing experience. We stayed for one night and everything was smooth. The location is probably the closest to the mosque..way 2 minutes walk. The room we stayed in was the panaromic Haram view and it was absolutely amazing. Don't forget to add breakfast because the buffet is really good..fresh food with view of the mosque. Overall extremely happy with the stay.

Staying at this place is beyond wonderful.
My stay was beyond imagination in terms of beauty, elegance, and cleanliness of this hotel. I wish the management of this hotel more brilliance and progress. You are wonderful people.

My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were
friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom needed some attention but had plenty of towels and toiletries.

Most important part it’s just 5 minutes walk from gate 367 (where the noble rawda appointment queue starts).

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location.
I raised an issue with carpet which was.attended and room was changed with no time.
Breakfast buffet has lots of choices .
Have seen Shiraz the national manager on floor greeting customers and making sure everyone gets what they need.
Very clean and convenient location to Haram ( 3-5 minutes ) walk

Proximity to haram few steps away and you see the green dome.as soon you enter the haram. Close to food, shops all around the hotel. New museum for kids opened next door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Microwave very handy for reheating good especially with kids. Beds so comfortable memory foam pillows.
Carpets need updating though.
Cleaning staff are brilliant 👏 👌. They come daily give water, fresh towels, tissues whatever you need they give you. So helpful, respectful and always all staff here are friendly.

They give free iced water in the lobby, all day. Lobby is good spacious homely.

Stayed 3 times here. Brilliant.

We booked 3 nights half board and it was a great experience. Great location very close to the mosque and the food and service was amazing - special thanks to Dilshad in the restaurant, he truly went over and beyond. Looking forward to our next stay here again!

Amazing service, friendly staff. We were given great hospitality and access to bathrooms and putting bags away before check in. During check in it was quick and easy and got an upgrade to a suite. The housekeeping staff are very kind and friendly and so are staff at check in and check out.

The hotel staff including the managers are awesome. They provided awesome service and they were on top of everything whether it was room service, morning breakfast and etc…the waiter Dilshad took care of us and provided excellent customer service. The manager Shahid also provided excellent service. We were treated fruit baskets upon our arrival. Overall I will recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to stay here

The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great and Ashik M. was a great guy. He was very helpful every time during breakfast. He's a very good employee!!! The security in the hotel is great. It requires your card to go up to the floor.

I stayed in a deluxe suite here with my parents and it was absolutely incredible. The rooms were massive and very clean. Two minute walk to the mosque. The buffet was great, very good quality flavourful food. Will definitely be back.
