This bransh.. The man can't make a milk shake.. It was cold chocolate cost 31ryal 😭

Literally one of the worst customer service experiences if not the worse one. The server was late and he left the shop unattended for around 7 minutes, then when he came back he was in a huge rush and he didn’t want to great me or even say anything nice, then when I told him that he should be a bit more respectful he said “I am in a rush and I don’t want to hear this”. I then had to give him back the ice cream cup as I don’t wanna be served in a place where I’m treated like that.

That's the worst experience and worst Baskin Robbins parlour ever
1st the guy was a bit rude, my niece n nephew were deciding the flavors n tuk few extra secs and he goes can u plz make it quick (there were no customers at all waiting etc)
2nd I asked him to put some chocolate syrup which he said they don't have it
3rd the chocolate brownie was supposed to be really hot but upon eating, it was cold
It seems like either the guy isn't interested in serving or they r out of their stock
Me n the kids aren't happy 👎👎👎👎👎

Bad experience, the employee is bad and he told me dont talk to much if you want talk to my manager

The guy working there was super super rude i will never buy again
