One of the most beautiful bookshops in town. It's aesthetically pleasing, with a variety of products, from books to tea and music.

The largest library in Bucharest offers a lot of books, music 💿 and vinyls, kids toys and books, gift’s ideas products and much more. The atmosphere inside is just amazing, the music hugs you, the smell tickles you and the interior design of the place keeps you moving and hanging at the same time. The staff is young and can provide you with good recommendations about the products they sale.

The bookstore is beautiful and has plenty of fun stuff to explore. However, I think it's quite pricey. Overall, you can spend a good time just exploring the place.

Stunning place. An old, authentic building with beautiful vintage atmosphere. High ceilings, with bookshelves filled all the way to the top with books. There are also many rooms with different, high-quality stuff, besides books: souvenirs, board games, music discs, vinyl, statuetes and so on. Anyway aesthetically the place is just gorgeous.

Huge bookshop with extensive (hundreds of titles) English language books for all ages. Fiction and nonfiction. Many books and crannies, in the basement and attic. The building is a former mansion, stately home of a former prime minister from the 19th Century. It does need some serious renovation and reinstatement of the original ceilings, walls, floors.

You can easily spend hours with the whole family. There are also rooms equiped with presentation equipment and seating for workshops, ateliers.

Definitely my favorite Carturesti in Bucharest, this bookstore is like no other. Upon entering, it feels as if time slows down, creating a sense of calm and peace. It's literally the bookstore I've always dreamed of. For those who adore books and candles, it's a hidden gem offering a great assortment of candles, cups, games, books, tarot cards, vinyl records, and more. The charming vintage interior extends to all floors, while the friendly and welcoming atmosphere adds an extra touch of magic. This place holds a special place in my heart and will forever be an unforgettable part of my Bucharest memories!💌

One of the oldest and well kept bookstores in the city. It has all kinds of variety items from books to vinyls, tea, coffee, comic books, travel maps, rucksacks 🎒🎒, gameboards, a lot of gift ideas.
It also features a refurbished library room with a piano, and sometimes you can hear someone playing a classic song.

To love a bookstore is magnificent, but to love a bookstore in another nation takes a bookstore which exhibits great thought. It is set among all floors of what appears to be an old home. Each room and nook contains books in many languages and genres, sitting areas, and lovely gifts. It’s a must in Bucharest!

It has 3 floors, and basically almost every book / Manga / merch / accessory you can think of!
Books & Manga are in English, while some available in Romanian, and this place is an absolute must for every geek & book reader!

I must say that Cărturești Carusel is the famous one, but Cărturești Verona is the most beautiful.

You can spend hours looking for books, films, music, merch... the selection is very big.

The building is so beautiful, and you have a restaurant outside so you can have a meal there.

Definitely one of the best places in Bucharest to visit! This is really very unique place with special atmosphere and great selection of books, toys etc.

Absolutely beautiful. Such a wide selection, so many English books, beautiful architecture! I stayed for a long time and already want to go back.

Amazing book shop, with many floors offering something for everyone. Highly recommend to visit for anyone! Don't forget that they have hidden room with anime theme as well. Super cool store, basically!

If you can't visit this one. Visit the one from the Old Town at least. They are both worth it.

Wonderful book store in a 19th century villa. Really superb and much better than the overrated Carusel branch of Carturesti in the old town. The cafe at the back has an amazing garden.
