Maroon Restaurant Café

Food was amazing, even gve compliments to the chef. There was a live band playing the night we went which was loud but very entertaining. The deserts are very filling I couldn't even finish mine! The service is differnt to that in Britain and don't expect to see a notepad!
Also if you are a guest of the hotel please note this is a separate franchise and cannot be added ro your room tab.

Be warned though the bill already includes a 10% service fee.

Everything is good and fresh.a quality restaurant: both service and food. It combines Romanian as well as Italian dishes.
. I went there 4 times and was never disappointed.
Tasted the seabass , the shrimps pasta , the chicken soup , the new York steak , the papanasi (traditional desert) : all great choices with great atmosphere both indoor and outdoors.
The steak took 15m to bring and was at medium level as requested.
The salmon and seabass were grilled on plate and were a bit too dry.

Very good service, the place is new and it looks pretty, there is plenty of space between the tables, the terrace looks more like a garden and this gives you an idea of comfort and intimacy, thd location is good, distance walking from the city center

I had a great dinner here! A perfect mix of local and international dishes on the menu. I had the crispy chicken wings, they were very different and very delicious. Beautiful location close to city centre. The service staff were friendly and helpful. I was served by Razvan, but everyone there is friendly!

I like this place, is quite comfortable. They have indoor and outfoor seating with a terrace and a nice gazebo. There is a good ambiance and a modern vibe.

Food is on the upper scale with a service to match. Everything is clean and well maintained. They used to use masks, now not that much. Wine list is quite comprehensive.

Excellent mouton and polenta. Very kind service and wonderful handball game. Would have kept a different setting, but great chef.

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! I had a pasta carbonara and the taste was excellent, also the portion size for me was perfect. Definitely a place to visit if you want kind service and good food!

Lovely food & great service! Extensive offering of wine to please even the pickiest of customers. Also, you must definitely try the carbonara in the cheese wheel - you won't regret it.

My wife ordered beef steak medium rare and order arrived medium. It was a misunderstanding from the staff but overall food was great.
