Stâna de pe Coline

We had the great pleasure to be guests at the farm this past weekend. The family that owns the place took us on a short walk to see where the animals (cows, sheep and goats) graze and the surrounding hillside, while telling us fun facts about the plants, wildlife and some short stories that they had. Next, we had an amazing 2 course meal and ended up spending 4+ hours with them.

Magical place, Florin cooks a mean special shepherd's polenta called balmoș. He is super welcoming and the food&farm are 100% authentic, as it used to be in the olden days. It is easy to reach by car/bicycle/foot from the village. Florin has some interesting stories to tell and there were lots of adorable baby animals roaming around. A must!

Am gasit la stana oameni calzi, primitori, faini la vorba si glumeti.
Un loc pe cat de simplu pe atat de complex. Fiecare persoana are ceva de facut pentru a servi pe masa cele mai bune produse.
Tot ce am mancat a fost foarte bun. Mancarea are gustul pe care rar il mai intalnesti undeva, decat acolo unde se mai gateste natural.
Partea cea mai buna e ca daca mai vrei, poti sa faci comanda si ti se va livra. La Brasov se livreaza sigur.

Atunci când faci totul cu suflet !
Dacă treceți pe via Transilvanica în zona colinelor transilvănene , de la Mălâncrav la Florești , nu ratați la Stâna de pe Coline !
Vorba aceea “dacă ai ajuns la o stână și nu mănânci un “balmoș” înseamnă că nu ai fost la stână”. !!! , Apă de la fântână sau limonadă rece , brânză proaspătă de toate felurile ,prăjitură și multe alte surprize !
Domnul Florin și familia , oameni minunați cu credință și mult, mult suflet !!!

Dl. Florin si nevasta dansului ne-au poftit la o limonada, si am ajuns sa mancam cel mai bun balmos si cea mai savuroasa tocanita de ied. Multumim pt ospitalitate si povesti, sa va mearga totul din ce in ce mai bine si sa aduceti bucurii si zambete si altor drumeti.

O iniţiativă foarte bună

Am vazut ce faceti la Valizele Vesele si este extraordinar. Avia astept sa va vizitam anul ăsta.
