Pub "U medvěda"

There can not be an explanation for this place existing, it's literally like stepping into a portal and being transported to the Czech Republic. The food is in my opinion the best in the region, easily rivaling Taverna Sârbului. You must drink the Kofola, thank me later. Also the goulash is a massive portion of beef delights, only the strong should attempt to eat all of it. To get here there are 2 roads, one paved and one dirt, do not take the dirt one! I didn't know about the paved one and my car is still cursing me to this day! Must visit if you are in the area, come hungry!

Great food, exceptional service in a surprising location. It was an adventurous 7km drive from the main road on a really narrow road but it was worth it. Czech food in a czech restaurant from a secluded czech comunity, kind of in the middle of nowhere, it was a really nice surprise.

Charming place with delicious food, the service was really fast, the plates are quite big. The staff is very friendly. We had an enjoyable experience and would return anytime.

Nice place to visit

Příjemná hospůdka s českou obsluhou. Restaurace je nově vybudovaná. Takže krása. Oproti Rumunskemu standardu je elektrika schovaná. Personál příjemný. České pivo na čepu. Jídlo bylo vynikající a snídaně, kterou jsme dostali k ubytování byla spíše obžerství. To nebyla šance sníst. Večer jsme měli česnečku a šunkafleky, které sice dělají jinak, ale byly výborné.

První a původní hospůdka ve vesnici s možností zakoupení základních potravin. Studené čepované pivo přijde v létě vhod. Projdete-li vesnicí dále, asi 4 km západně je bývalý důl na měď "Mina Baia Noua". Dále a pouze pro pěší turistiku! Můžete dojít po žluté a červené značce do Bígru, nebo až na Rovensko. Trasa vás provede přes hluboké dubové lesy a poloniny s nádhernými výhledy. Pěšmo cca na dva dny.
