Walked here from the train station when I had about four hours to kill. The path up is paved with large stones, making for a steep but very doable trek. It is well signed the whole way up. The view from the top is the best you are going to get for this time commitment and allows you to look across the valley and up into the mountains behind. Chilly in winter- right at the snow line with wind whipping through the trees at the top.

This scenic spot is incredible. It's like 90 minutes walking from Peles castle. The trail to reach here is pretty easy and the view is absolutely stunning.

One of the best trails for trekking due the paved road. Along the route you can find a few checkpoints to take some incredible shots over the Prahova Valley and Bucegi Mountains. Although, for winter time it requires a proper equipment.

Great outlook where you can see the valley with Busteni and Sinaia. The shortest path is from Sinaia, about 50 min. We hiked the really nice trail from Busteni, which is about 1.5 hours one way. Great also with children.

An hour-long hike through the woods. You'll climb almost all the way, but it's not a difficult slope, and the view is breathtaking.

Nice spot for admiring the landscapes of Bucegi Mountains, Sinaia, Poiana Tapului and Poiana Stanii. To get here you can easily take the Royal Trail ( Poteca Regala) and enjoy your break within the nature. You can take the children with you hence is a easy level mountain trail.

The best belvedere point from where you can see a part of Prahova Valley and the cities Busteni, Poiana Tapului and Sinaia. It is at 45 minutes walking from Schiori restaurant. You have to follow a trail who climbs easy to this point. (Also for trail begginers).

A beautiful view from top of Sinaia, on the footsteps of former Romanian Kings. From Peles Castle follow the Royal Path for about 1h to reach the Royal Prairie and this beautiful rock/panoramic view.

Right near Poiana Stanei this cliff is a good place to take pictures and see the mountains around.

If you go to Cita 1400 then you need to make a walk to Franz Josef rocks. From there you can have a magnificent view on the Prahova Valley, including Sinaia, Busteni and Azuga. Be careful with the bears since the area is known to get some unwanted visits from this wild creatures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a 1h and a half climb on winter condition we reached the Cliffs. Impressive view and great walk. Worth the trip. A few pictures with the walk

Fab views from the top! The way up isn’t for the faint hearted! But we did the whole thing from Sinaia town in 3 hours. Get up there early as the viewing platform is small!!

Definitely worth going there! It's possible to get there either by foot or by car. By foot it takes approximately 1h from a parking spot. However it is possible to get there by foot from Sinaia town, without a car. Driving there is also possible, but the road is a bit damaged and narrow such that if another car comes from the opposite direction, one of you needs to park for a second on the side in the few places where the road is wider.
