Good food, reasonably priced and friendly people!

Had a great dinner on Christmas day. We all had a different kind of grilled meat and it was perfectly cooked. Drank the red house wine which was good.

I've been eating at Jaime every summer for almost 3 decades. Great food, competent and friendly staff, a true Monte Gordo classic for fish and seafood that never disappoints ❤

Had to review after eating here many, many times when we fly over from UK several times a year. Famous with locals. In peak holiday times always full. We usually have their excellent fresh fish which you view and choose in a display freezer. Only 100 yards or so up the cobbled main street from the Casino. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Enjoy the shrimp rice, seafood pot and the cream pie very much! Delicious!! All the staffs are very nice and helpful.

Very busy Saturday evening and staff were very attentive and quick. We had sole and a steak, both delicious and cooked to our requested taste. The sole was large and very moist.

Have eaten a few times at O Jaime and have enjoyed our meal each time. No fuss, nothing fancy, just good food. Some dishes might not look appealing when they come out but they're tasty all the same. Steaks are delicious and cooked just how each person likes it done. If you want a good meal in a nice restaurant at reasonable prices, head here.

Great restaurant, food and staff are wonderful.

There was a reason why people were queueing for this restaurant. Fresh fish, and they know how to prepare it. Reasonably priced, and a more luxury feeling. Lot of locals were eating here (judging by the amount of Portuguese was spoken bij the guests). I am not really a fish eating type of person, so I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognaise. It was not the type I had in restaurants in Holland. It resembled more the "Spaghetti Ragu" I had in Bologna. I.e. the original.
