Great selection of local wines!

Great food and very big portions, I recommend a cheesecake, it was truely delicious. For dinner we had chicken and wild boar, both were pretty tasty. We also eat breakfasts here, it is well differenciated and also very tasty. Prices are good. We will come back for sure :)

Quaint little place with simple and kind owners, and great food! I felt at home right when I walked in. Also sell an interesting assortment of honeys, I can't wait to try them!
Honestly, breakfast isn't special, but if that is the only thing you look for in a lodge, especially in Portugal where there are pastry shops literally on every corner, then that is on you!
Very quiet place during the night, literally no noise whatsoever.

I stayed in the hotel for one night and had dinner in the restaurant. They speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish...
The restaurant has a wide range of different types of portuguese wines from different regions - so come here just for wine tasting! Glass of wine is about 4-6 euros
Food was amazing and not expensive - for 11 euros I got the freshest lamb ribs with fries - big portion
The restaurant has many deserts (I saw about 15 different cakes, sweets...) Prices for most of them starts from 2.5 euros

I would recommend to visit this place just for a nice dinner even if it's not on your way - you will remember this

The first time I have been, very rustic but the food was very good. The staff were very friendly, will definitely go back again!

As always - amazing authentic local food and attentive service in a familial setting. Whether the restaurant is busy or not, the service is second to none. We use this restaurant for our clients as can guarantee them an opportunity to sample delicious traditional homemade food in the hills - away from coast - which they may not have had the chance to during their holiday.

One cabrito a day keeps the doctor away 🤣. Excellent cabrito (baby goat), very tender with great flavour. Don’t miss it. Very nice homemade dessert

A popular restaurant where English is spoken, the staff are very attentive and open to ideas about your menu. The itself has large range of fish and meat means to offer.
The facilities are cosy and clean . I would happily recommend and prices

Such a delight to revisit. Gorgeous food, great service. A favourite. The new conservatory is a massive improvement.

One of my favourite restaurants. The ensopado do borrego (lamb stew cooked over fried bread) is the best in The Algarve. If you like to ride or drive, the roads up are where many car launches are done, a pleasure in themselves.
