Really enjoyed our breakfast here. We each had fabulous omelettes with great coffee and orange juice. Super location close to the bus stop. Seating inside, on the terrace, or under the trees in the plaza. Highly recommended.

this cafe was amazing ! We had the special omelette, Ham omelette, vegetable soup and garlic bread and it was all lovely. So cheap and they do amazing Aperol Spritz. A relaxing vibe with friendly staff. Couldn't recommended it more !!!

Unexpectedly, not a tourist trap, but a very nice place; recommendations from the waiter was excellent; the Black Pork and the Tostas were great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

My son and I were looking for a relaxed place for a late lunch and Cafe Da Vila in the shade from the heat in a quiet little town square fitted the bill perfectly. The staff were helpful and the local specialty of Assadura de Porco Preto was very good, black pork in olive oil, lemon juice garlic and parsley. A good combination of flavours and it felt authentic. The carbonara was also good and the local almond and orange tart for desert was excellent, but the chocolate cake was more average. Overall it felt like a perfect little lunch.

Beautiful setting, great service and the Best chicken toasties I think I've ever had, reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again if we're in Monchique

Great service and exceptional food and very low prices. Tuna baguette with salad for 4 Euros was great and the dish of the day (stew) at 6 Euros was phenomenal. Very unexpected! Most bad reviews are due to slow service but we got our food in 5-10 min. The waitress was lovely too!

Delicious food, fast and friendly service and in a cute village. We had chorizo, local cheese, sangria, pasta with shrimp, and a local grilled pork dish. Everything was excellent!!!

Great place to stop in Monchique and refresh, thirst and fill the hole in your tummy,Popular for cyclists and Bikers I recommend the Burgers so far for me one of the best I have had so far ,friendly and beautiful staff ,great atmosphere and it seems a favourite for locals aswell .

Very good local restaurant, serving local gastro specialities. The drive up to Monchique from the coastal resorts has stunning scenery.

We really liked the food. They offer decent bar food freshly made and friendly service. The also implemented the Covid restrictions very well like offering the cutlery in seperate paper bags.
