Such an amazing restaurant. We had had enough of the silly prices you can find and just wanted a local, down to earth restaurant. We found it here!! Amaaaaazing fish!! Great meats for the men. André was just the icing on the cake! He was so welcoming and friendly!! Nothing was too much trouble and he was just the best! Great Great place! Thank you

For foreigners who may be visiting Lisbon, I can highly recommend this restaurant. I have been here three times for dinner and lunch and each time the food and service have been excellent, while the prices are extremely inexpensive for LIsbon. The Apeadeiro is a popular Portuguese traditional restaurant in Campo Pequeno, one of the important commercial areas of Lisbon, and it is rare to find such an outstanding restaurant with prices this low in this area. I do note understand why the average evaluation is only 4.1. This simply does not make sense, in my opinion, but then I have learned that some Portuguese are highly critical on occasional without reason.

Very nice place, in a non-central and non-touristy area. Very good food, excellent dishes, typical restaurant, not touristic. A must try and highly recommended!

Great food, very accommodating and genuinely nice people. We recommended to everyone on our tour group.

Good food for the price

We enjoyed the excellent food twice between apr 15 2015 and apr 22 . I loved the pork liver Portuguese style while my wife loved the fish dishes. I like to eat well in a value for money context. This establishment meets my criteria. Try it you will be pleased.

A bit from the city centre, so a bit more quiet. Very good and friendly service and really good traditional food.
I would always recommend to take a stop by, if you're nearby.

Restaurante tradicional com uma boa oferta, junto ao Campo Pequeno, muito popular aos almoços durante a semana.
A comida é excelente, os funcionários são extremamente amáveis e os preços são acessíveis, dada a qualidade dos produtos.
O vinho da casa é bom e as sobremesas, como os pratos principais, são óptimas.
Na última visita, pedimos secretos de porco preto, sardinhas assadas e alheira, acompanhado por vinho tinto da casa. As sobremesas foram pudim abade de priscos, mousse de chocolate e cheesecake. Tudo sublime.
Sempre uma vez excelente opção!

Ainda não conheço na totalidade mas posso dizer que nunca havia provado por Lisboa melhores chocos à lagareiro.

Honesto, comida bem confeccionado e empregados simpáticos e sempre preocupados com o nosso prazer.

Um restaurante muito bom, pratos com muita qualidade e a um excelente preço, sobremesas óptimas, bom vinho da casa, empregados simpáticos, dono muito atencioso. Já fiz vários jantares de grupo, a 2, em família e nunca desilude!

Uma pérola junto ao Campo Pequeno. Considero os preços muito bons, principalmente se considerarmos a localização. As porções são adequadas e a confecção é absolutamente fantástica. Pedi filetes de peixe-gato, com arroz de feijão que estava delicioso. As várias presenças do chef, perguntando as opiniões, demonstra preocupação com os clientes. O staff é muito simpático, ao estilo "velha guarda" proporcionando um ambiente magnífico. Recomendo vivamente.

Recomendo este restaurante. Desde a entrada do restaurante até ao momento de saída dou pontuação máxima. Simpatia extrema e comida do melhor . Comemos mão de vaca e estava fenomenal.. nao, pedimos sobremesa ,mas ofereceram-nós um mini travesseiro quentinho e um licor magnífico.. foi uma experiência a repetir sem dúvida alguma..
