Stayed near the airport before our flight out the next day and found this restaurant while walking back to our hotel. It was a great choice. The food was excellent and plentiful. We had razor clam rice and the grilled fish. Both very tasty and needed a healthy appetite to finish it all. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the place clean and fresh. Definitely recommended.

We were just in time an hour before they shut on a Saturday afternoon but they made us very welcome The food was freshly cooked and very tasty with a lovely selection.
The staff were friendly and very attentive and did not rush us at all. We had a great time talking with the locals.

Absolutely delicious 😋 fresh seafood 🦞 just 3 minutes away from the airport terminal. Fantastic food, wine 🍷 selection & service too! Highly recommended before your flight (they open for dinner at 18.30). The Algarve salad 🥗 was best I have had. Highly recommended!

Great authentic seafood restaurant with fresh fish grilled on charcoal. Great value as well. It's the best! Don't forget to try the desserts as well.

Great service. Unpretentious. Reasonably priced. After some time in Algarve, it was great to find authentic local cuisine. You can walk here from the airport if you have a long layover. Fish is of course the best to eat there. To drink, order a Madronho. This is a sort of local grappa. Theirs was remarkable compared with the stuff I got in Algarve much more expensive.

Best grilled fish I had!

Probably the best fish I have eaten in the Algarve. It is worth catching a flight to Faro just for lunch...you can easily walk to the airport from here!

The place is just great in terms of food, it worth visiting: prices are normal for Portugal, food is extremely delicious. But seafood lovers only: most of the things are served with grilled shrimps and vegetables. Advice: try the cheese, it is very tasty and a nice starter. The place itself looks not as glossy from the outside, but the food taste makes this place truly great

Don't let looks deceive. This great little seafood restaurant, close to the airport was fantastic. The grilled sea bass, was some of the best cooked fish I have ever tasted. All at reasonable prices. Can't recommend highly enough.

Traditional place for awesome grilled fish, special salad ( montanheira) with sweet potato on the side. The fish is as fresh as you can get. Trust the grill cook...he knows it best. Old fashion guy very professional and nice person who really knows how to grill. He rules it. I know this place for almost 20 years and the quality keeps at its best. Average price ( 15eur each with starters, drink, main dish, salad and coffee). Easy to park around the place. Easy to spot it. Great for lunches.

Very charming local place. Probably the top restaurant in the neighborhood of Montenegro! Paula is a sweetheart and the service is excellent. Great fish and shrimps!

Amazing restaurant with perfect service!
I'm very pleased by their kitchen, the fish was made really good and actually this was the best place for us to have dinner.
The prices are much better than the prices in other restaurants on the coast.

Fantastic find! Delicious, cheap and very friendly. 25min walk from the airport, I stopped here when I arrived and I'll be sure to stop here when I am flying out. Fantastic fish!
