Casa dos Frangos de Moscavide

This place has some of the best quality chicken here in lisbon. And I’ve tried a bunch of places. Staff is nice and they have some good lunch deals.

Delicious meat grilled ‘a brasa’ on open charcoals. Their signature is roast chicken, which is smoky and delicious, but they also have pork skewers and ‘entremeadas’, which is a cut of pork belly. The ‘frango desossado’, meaning boneless chicken, was our favorite.
The sides I tried, beans and rice, were really flavorful, though the side salad was forgettable.
Service was great - I clumsily got through with my broken Portuguese but the server was patient and helped me get what I wanted. We went at an odd time, 5pm, since we’d just got off a flight and were hungry, so we couldn’t eat in. Thankfully the park nearby was a great picnic spot and we took our boxes, including provided cutlery, there.

I visited this restaurant for takeout and found the chicken to be excellent, featuring good seasoning and well-cooked, yet it remained moist. Regarding the service, the waitress appeared somewhat unwelcoming, as if we were inconveniencing her by placing an order. However, I understand that everyone can have an off day.

Nice place and frango is great but the service was nonchalant

Comida boa tendo em conta os preços que até são acessíveis. No entanto, para um restaurante no centro de Lisboa, era de esperar que tivesse um horário que permitisse jantar no local. Chegámos às 21h e foi-nos desde logo transmitido que a sala fechava às 21:30h e que, se quiséssemos comer tranquilamente, era melhor optar pelo Takeway o que deixa bastante a desejar para um estabelecimento nesta zona. Gostávamos de ter desfrutado da belíssima sala e do local mas infelizmente não foi possível.

Acabo de pedir duas coxas desossadas para entrega, uma veio com 110g e a outra com 130g; no app do uber eats diz que cada porção vem com cerca de 200g; me senti enganado!

Turkey skewers ужасны. Мясо перемежается отдельно насаженным на шпажки ломтями жира. В итоге печная картошка тоже плавает в масле.
Пюре из шпината приносят комнатной температуры, то есть холодным. В качестве french fries вместо жареной картошки подают чипсы.
Персонал не говорит по-английски.
Если вы пожелаете помыть руки, то выйти из туалета вам не удастся, не запачкав их снова — дверь открывается внутрь и нужно буквально подцепить дверную ручку. А если попытаться мыть руки, оставив дверь открытой, прибегает официант и требует её закрыть.

Probably the only frango place un Lisbon that doesnt do take-away... seriously?
