Wonderful week in Cano. Very quiet town but able to relax at the villa, visit some local larger towns and go to a local wine tasting. The house was beautiful - amazing kitchen and BBQ was great too. Lovely pool and garden as well. We liked the lemon trees! Constança was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the week - with local recommendations and organising taxis for us for one of our trips. Would definitely recommend!

Outfitted with table tennis, bikes, billiards, foosball, pool… a great place for couples/families. Amazing hostess!

We had a beautiful stay. We were a large group and the home fitted us all perfectly. Lots of flexibility in bedrooms. Masses of living room space so we could also get some peace and quiet and truly beautiful pool surrounded by limes and lemons.
A really wonderful trip.

A locomoção das malas de viajem é difícil porque o piso de entrada é, suponho, original mas muito acidentado. Não permite utilizar as rodas.
Tem demasiadas escadas para pessoas mais idosas ou com dificuldades motoras. Talvez para manter a traça original.
Local bonito, muito agradável, tranquilo, romántico e bem decorado.

Municipality in Portugal

Sousel is a municipality in the District of Portalegre in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 5,074, in an area of 279.32 km². The municipality is famous for its olive trees and as a great hunting region. The Calça e Pina family was the main developer of Sousel in the 18th century. The economy is mainly based on agriculture, but tourism plays a major role in the region's economy as well. The present Mayor is Manuel Valério, elected by the Socialist Party.
