Epi Rent a Car

Picked up a clean and reliable car at Lisbon Airport. The pick up and drop off were made super easy with the assistance of Flavio, who took his time for every customer, eventhough it was a hectic time in the evening. The agreement and contract were clearly explained.

Good English, very easy and straight forward booking process. We were able to have 3 drivers for free and could extend our rental by one more day after the first two days. Besides that they helped with any small request or question!

We hired 2 9-seater minivans from EPI Rent a Car for 16 days at Lisbon International Airport during April - May 2023 and we were really admire the services provided by EPI staff and particularly Mr. Luis who provided remarkable assistance during the rental period. The vehicles were in excellent conditions through out our trip and were very comfortable for the Group (11 pax). We will certainly go back to EPI in our future trips.

This was the 1st time i had hired a vehicle abroad and could not be happier with the service. We were collected at the airport at midnight and taken to the office to collect the vehicle (after receiving a phone call the day before to confirm flight details). The paperwork took 10 mins to sort and it was explained about the tolls and the cost to pay for the service. The vehicle was perfect and slightly larger than booked which was a bonus. Return was simple and they dropped us back to the airport. I will defiantly will be booking with these again when we are back next year. Thanks

Amazing experience picking up the car at Lisbon Airport, driving to Southern Spain and returning it early in the morning at Lisbon Airport. No line ups, second driver for free, and more affordable than large rental companies. Highly recommend.

I rented a car last week for 3 days. The car was booked online. When I arrived at their office, the paperwork took less then 10 mins. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car only a few months old. I had no problems. Definitely book with them again.

Great service from beginning to start, booking the car, communication because our flight changed, pick-up of the car, drop off of the car. Nothing to fault! Everything was done with a smile and in a smooth efficient and transparant way.

By far the best car hire company I have used in Lisbon. They don't have a counter in the terminal, but bring the car to the Arrivals car park. Very friendly staff and top top service.
