I was treated appalingly here today. I had a cold, frosty reception from the two ladies at the front desk. I was also not given the courtesy of being told the doctor was running late and had not yet arrived.
I heard one of the receptionists tell a lady who had the slot after me, with whom she was clearly friendly, that the doctor, Dr. Pinto was late and that there were two people before her.
After a long wait when it was my turn, the receptionist delibeeately called her lady friend before me.
Very unprofessional behaviour, which I'm sure is not condoned by Dr. Kaiser or Dr. Thompson.
My reviews are normally very positive. This is an exception.

This location is not even open!! The opening times are wrong. It closed for renovations but have not updated their information
