I bought a coffee grinder my last trip .
I asked the young lady if it was a burr grinder as the package did not state.
She made a call and was told it was.
I was hesitant as I was leaving the next day and not coming back for 3 months
She said not to worry when you come back you can return it.
It is a horrible grinder.
No matter what setting you use half comes out like powder.
I bought a nice amount of items there which are fine but the grinder I needed to return.
I went to the store and was told no returns after 30 days.
That is not what I was originally told...I would not have bought it.
The store manager called someone named Roberto and asked him about the return.
She handed me the phone and I spoke with him.
He was the most condescending person I have ever spoken with.
I would not even donate to a charity, as it is a terrible grinder.
They have some nice things there but I will never set foot in this store again.
