Words can't express how grateful I am to Nathalie, Biatriz, and Helena. After 8 years of a full head of dreadlocks, I was finally ready to get rid of them. I asked several hairdressers and they all had the same solution, "cut them off" or "Shave your head". I found Nathalie online. I found her website very professional and informative. That night I sent her a message. The next day she called me saying that she spent all night researching solutions. I knew I had found the right person for the task! It took 13 hours! Each dreadlock was combed out and then finished off with a much-needed cut.
During those 13 hours, I was able to witness an established and thriving hair salon. Each customer was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage which made all of them feel right at home. Lots were usuals, which is always a good sign, lots came in just for coloring (stunning coloring) and brushing, others came in for a cut and so many of them scheduled a next appointment. I recommend with out a doubt the Nathalie Charlot Salon.

I went to the salon for the first time some weeks ago and had a great experience. I could make an easy appointment on watsapp. I have many allergies from cosmetics, so I highly appreciate the quality products they use. Everyone took their time and was friendly. Nathalie was particularly nice and asked me many questions about how I would like my hair styled. I am very happy with the results!

I was today the first time with Nathalie and I am very satisfied. She is friendly and attentive, I was also offered coffee several times. She has cut my hair in a great way and also hit the color really well, just as I wanted. Nathalie gave me very good advice on changing my fringe. I really recommend her. It's also a very nice salon and you can park right in front of it. And the covid measures are also very well kept. Important to know: Only cash payment possible.

I went to Nathalie’s salon a couple days ago, to fix the bleach disaster another salon had left me with. And I’m more than pleased with both the experience and my hair. Nathalie is very kind and she listens to your wants and needs. She made me feel very welcome and I was offered beverages several times and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire time.
