Went the with my wife and our two kids food and service were amazing!

The tree is marvelous and the location is at the heart of Lisbon, the vibe was great.

I almost fell in love with one of the waitress but my future ex-wife was there soo I have to behave a little.

I definitely recommend the place if you are searching for amazing secret locations.

I am from North Europe and came to Lisbon for a short one week trip. I had the pleasure to go twice to Esplanada Príncipe Real. Great place, with live music, nice food and fair price (much lower than compared to North Europe). Definitively, I will come back in July for vacations and will be there couple of times

I love this place - it’s perfectly situated in the middle of a garden with plenty of sunny and shaded areas on the terrace so you can choose whatever you please. There’s live music and there’s a large menu as well as cocktails/beer you can enjoy. Great vibes

In the shadow of the magnificent rubber figs of the beautiful Jardim do Principe Real, you’ll find this little gem of a place serving great coffee and tasty food. Our favorite breakfast spot in Lisbon ❤

Well located restaurant, the food is great and the drinks too. the attendants are friendly and helpful. It is located next to trees that are over 100 years old.

Very attentive staff and good food. We came in with our two young kids and they were helpful in finding us a good table. We had the croute de massa (looks like a pizza to me), piri-piri chicken, the peach and ice cream dessert. The surrounding park is a great setting.

Highly recommended spot when you’re done with walking. Very nice. Under the shade of some beautiful old trees. Background music from a very good Brazilian guitarist. All good. 👍

Amazing open air café and restaurante for lunch with live music. Frango Piri Piri is a must try for those who love a fit of spice. Also don't miss out on Batata Frita Trufada.

Beautiful location on green square under the huge fantastic trees. The food was so yummy and the staff altogether very friendly. Plus live music. I recommend highly ✨

Calm little bistro in the Principe Real garden with "improvised look". Couple of toasts, salads and burgers to choose from. The ham and cheese sandwiches (pictures) were excellent value-for-money: only 6 euros for a whole lunch-sized meal! Maybe not the coziest place but definitely worth visiting for a cheap but tasty lunch.

Beautiful outside area with magical trees. Friendly staff and free wifi. I sat outside and worked with my laptop.

Unassuming cafe in the middle of a pretty park. The menu is massive which is usually a bad sign but the food was in fact very good. The service is friendly, the coffee is nice, the location is tranquil. Not sure if they were unexpectedly busy or not but the lady working behind the bar seemed to be having a bit of a stress and spent most of the time having a go at the other staff for one reason or another, which was both entertaining (for us) and a little unprofessional (for her). Everyone else was doing a great job.

We were tired. We had just arrived at a delightful hotel across the street. And they suggested that we come here for a bite to eat and put our feet up. It was a great suggestion. The wait staff was super, the food simple and yummy plus there was a spontaneous fado music quartet that seem to come out from underneath a giant trees that surround the café. Truly it was romantic, memorable, and easy. Highly recommend it.

Best restaurant in Lisbon! Amazing location and great food and service!

The food was delicious and it arrived fast. Even though we were thirteen people, the food came at roughly the same time. One of the servers spoke good English, although some of the other waiters were not as good at English. All in all great service and food

Lovely chilled atmosphere under the magnificent banyan trees. Excellent service and fair prices. Throw in some relaxing live music and you have the perfect Sunday afternoon.
