This is a gem place guys! trust me!
I know the hygiene and atmosphere can be a lot better but this is not ruining the whole experience to dine in this little local restaurant. If you really want to try something or food like a real Portuguese. This is the place. Food is very tasty and people are friendly. You will find yourself in love with this place real soon. Price is affordable and the value of the food you are getting with the amount of money you are spending is just amazing. What can you ask for more? Not to mention their latte and americano. Fabulous!!!!

I discovered "A Camponesa" in 2015 and, since then, whenever I stop over (even if only for a few hours) or having the opportunity to spend more days in Lisbon, the very pleasant Entrecampos restaurant, at the corner with Avenida 5 de Outubro, has become the place to be in order to enjoy the real quintessential Portuguese cuisine at a quality/price ratio that is hard to reach anywhere else. Truly recommended

Excellent local place by a local college. No English spoken but got by with Spanish. Started off with bread and cheese, half a liter of red wine, and three entrees (pork belly, fish and beef/fried potatoes) and it cost our group
of 3 about 25 euros total! Great value and an authentic lunch experience.

I live here for more than fifteen years and I can say that this place serves a good and authentic Portuguese food for quite a long time and they are working hard Portuguese staff and family.
Food is well served and has the Portuguese essence of being served in a traditional way. Fish and meat are very well done in the Portuguese way.
It's a very good place for lunch or dinner or even having some after work chill out beers paying very real and good fair price.
Totally recommend A camponesa. Ask for Sr. Leonel he is a sweet manager! :)

If you’re looking for an affordable, authentic Portuguese restaurant, come here! Place is awesome. Food is delicious and the staff treats you like a person and not a number. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem. Excellent food and fantastic service. The owner was friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and well priced. FYI wine for one equaled close to a bottle 👍👍 . Highly recommended if you find yourself in Lisbon.

Very nice and friendly staff. The food is very good. They do not speak English, but are very helpful. If you know Spanish, they will understand everything, recommended 100%

Great place to go, I was only there for a short time, I had coffee and cake, prices are very reasonable, they had quite a lot to offer, i would come back and try lunch one day.

Atención muy correcta, gran variedad de dulces y salados. Se explican bien en castellano y los precios son baratos para la zona.

He desayunado todos los días en este bar mientras estaba en el vip hotel y el camarero siempre muy atento y muy buena gente.
Era lo unico que estaba abierto a las 6 de la mañana.

Cibo molto buono e personale gentilissimo

Restaurante con buena comida , buen servicio y buen precio cerca de campo pequeño , lo aconsejo.
