Was somewhat expecting below average service after previous reviews. But the service was good. Catia Alves served us well. Bought a check in medium size bag with minimal fuss. We were given the option of 3 different colours. Price was as stated online. Sem problemas.

It's a store inside of the el corte engles. I bought a little suitcase here and you can easily do the tax refund inside of the department store.

Okay for those who are lost: the boutique is located at floor zero- make a left at Rolex. Ladies at the floor were super helpful! Language was not a barrier.

Pro: you get tax refund on the spot ( at the lounge) highlyyyy recommend!

Con: limited selection unlike the duty free or Of course Frankfurt- they just have the popular models-

The lone staff was helpful. Showed me 3 models. Explain to me the details of each item.

There are not many check in luggage available at this store but there are a lot of carry on size. The lady is very nice and friendly. (Forget to take a picture of the store)

Worst shopping experience! The saleswomen wasn’t helpful at all. We were left alone to check out the Rimowa while the saleswomen was texting by the side. I won’t come back ever.

The seller didn’t help at all, and the price showed online isn’t the same with store. The shopping experience is totally BAD!

Comprei uma bagagem de mão preta na Rimowa, informaram-me que atenderia a todo voo internacional, mas é mentira. Verifiquei as dimensões e não servia NENHUMA companhia aérea.

Dias depois, voltei para trocar pelo tamanho correto e recusaram por um pequeno risco em uma mala NUNCA USADA. Como uma bagagem de 1300 euros se danifica facilmente assim? Sinto-me totalmente enganado pela Rimowa e El Corte Ingles.

Prefiro gastar meu dinheiro na ZARA, onde há atendimento adequado às reclamações.

Vergonha, El Corte Ingles! Age como uma loja chinesa cara, sem entregar serviço, produtos ou atendimento. Se não sabe vender produtos de luxo, não faça!

Atendimento péssimo ! Atendentes a discutir a frente do cliente. Desisti da compra por total falta de vontade da vendedora em querer vender. Tenho 5 malas rimowa e ao comprar a sexta tive uma péssima experiência . Saudades da loja na av. da liberdade .
