On in Lisbon for meetings and had a business meal here. Doesn't open until 7pm, but they were very nice and gave us a table at 6:30p. A man that I think was the manager brought us some aperitifs and served us directly when we got there before opening and occasionally later., showing us different fresh fish and asking which we would like him to cook for us. Overall, the food was straightforward and the fish was fresh and delicious. When I asked, our main server suggested wine and a shrimp appetizer that were incredible. Overall, not extremely fancy, but a very enjoyable experience.

The place to visit in Lisbon if you want really fresh fish and perfect service. We were like the first customers for the evening, so I can't guarantee that you will get the same treatment if the place is crowded. But you will get to choose your own fish very fresh. Though there is also nice meat options. I tried the pork file. It was superb. And my wife picked the Dorada (as usual...). It was cleared from bones by the table, before it was served. Price compared to what you get is quite ok. The only downside is that there are now outdoor tables. But considering the traffic in the area, that might be just as well. Highly recommended!

Amazing authentic Portuguese and service!

So worth a visit! Authentic, delicious food and really helpful and kind staff. Family friendly and lovely people. Will visit again.

Awesome portuguese food. We went to dinner and thr dishes were amazing, the bacalao a lagarero fantastic and the eggs cream milhojas (strudel) as a dessert is the best choice!

The service is ok. We were in a group of 7 and some of us did not want to eat and that sounded kinda rude for the waiters when we ordered a small amount of food for the whole crew. At the beggining they were not happy serving, but later it was ok.

This is a place that is regularly frequented by local lawyers and physicians. Our server knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. We hadn't been here in years and when we came back he greet us with white Porto wine on the house, and he brought out a portion of the malandrinho rice to see how soft we wanted it cook. Must try the perdiz estofada com castahnas!

This restaurant is not for those looking for luxury interior, but for those who value perfect fresh food and excellent service! Try fresh fish and deserts, they are awesome!

Le pain, les olives, les "pâtés de poisson", le beurre et le fromage (fort) servis avant le repas sont payants comme presque partout au Portugal apparemment et poisson payé au kilo donc note salée à la sortie mais c'était très bon. Poisson extra-frais et cuisine et desserts faits maison. On était contents de notre choix malgré le prix final.
