A very busy local favorite. Great food, wine and service. Worth the short wait. We had the salmon, cod with scrambled egg(local special), garlic shrimp and grilled chicken. All were wonderful, fresh and large portions. Also try the vino Verde (green wine), a regional specialty. Delicious!

A guide from Lisbon recommended us this place and it did not disappoint. The food was awesome and the waiter was really nice to us. We ate codfish with scrambled eggs (local dish) and drank green sangria and they were both amazing.

Very good traditional Portuguese restaurant in the city center. You can find a bit of everything here at reasonable prices. They serve good portions here, so you get you money's worth. The place is packed at rush hour, so be prepared. The staff is charming, patient and helpful.

Awesome place to eat. Dorado fish delicious, tortilla, fries and salad also good. Tasty cake and very good service. Hi ginghinha super tasty as a compliment. We received the tip from a nice policeman on the street :) They add the service to the bill.

The food is yummy. I had seafood with rice, green cabbage soup and apéral spritz all for 24.30€. Love it

This spot is smack in the middle of everything, including lots of other restaurants, but it stands out because the folks that run it are quite fun, and the amazing lady that served us had a great sense of humour.
They don’t shove a menu in your face or talk you into taking a seat. Fact is, they’re always busy in the evenings and their food speaks for itself.
The chicken is cooked flawlessly and has a lovely char. Carbonara may not be completely traditional but hey this isn’t Italy and it tastes darn amazing!

You need to taste the grilled grouper! Best fish I have ever tasted! Also, a house white wine was so good!

My favourite place to eat when I visited Lisbon. Great menu, delicious food (lots of seafood!), very affordable, great staff. I visited a couple of times as a solo traveller and I felt safe, and the manager/owner was kind enough to check up on me and give me a couple of free shots to welcome me to Lisbon 😆 highly recommend!

Best food and best service.
The staff are very nice and helpful. It started to rain when we were having our lunch. They reacted very quickly to bring all the thing (I mean ALL, include our baby and stroller) in a very appropriate way. They also helped us to get a place for diaper change.
The food are very fresh and really delicious.
The price is fair.
Even if it is in the central tourist part but it is really a good choice for tasting Portugal local food and having a good time.

Exceptional food, hard working professional, easygoing, friendly staff. The portions were large, great grill, seafood specials. The price is quite reasonable for what you get.

Every time we passed by it there was a line of people waiting to be seated so we decided to give it a try. It's a lovely place with good food and amazing and fun staff. We even got drinks from outside the menu which were awesome. Would definitely visit again!

The owner talked to us on the street and took us to the restaurant. We are usually very careful of situations like this but did like the place and decided to have a meal. It was definitely a good decision, I had the octopus which was quite big and very well seasoned (even though my boyfriend found it a little tough, I really liked it ;)). Also found it a good value for the €14 price. My boyfriend had the catch of the day - grouper fish filet which was absolutely huge and very tasty. The grouper was on a pricy side and cost €25 but it was very big and delicious. Otherwise everything was great, including service. No overpriced bread or 10% service charge on the receipt as I read in other reviews. We are planning too dine there again tonight 👌

Absolutely fantastic food and experience. We had our food during busy lunch hours. While waiting for the table we enjoyed cold beers Family of 8 - we all had delicious meal and enjoyed good vibe of the place and people who work there. We will be back

Great food and service! My expectations were low after being inundated with hawkers trying to pull us into their place. We decided on this place because they were packed. Lots of people mean lots of good food. We were happy with this decision because the prices were fair, the tastes was good, and the portions were generous. The services was extremely fast for the amount of people. I would definitely recommend this place if you don't want to break the bank.
