Absolutely excellent service from start to finish.
The office lady is on a ball, I e-mailed on a Sunday night, and astonishingly I had a reply at 9pm, 30 minutes after I sent my enquiry.
The work carried out on my project- Underfloor heating, solar water and combined heat pump system , was installed with a great team of engineers / assistants.
Fast working and meticulous, very impressed. Cheers..

We appreciate your feedback and regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. We want to clarify the circumstances surrounding your concerns.

Firstly, we empathize with the challenges posed by the storms Babet and Alide. In response to the damage to your property, we initially assumed responsibility, but upon seeking professional advice, it was advised that property owners should have insurance for such unforeseen events.

The storms were exceptional, as evidenced by the red flag alert in the Algarve region. The works carried out by the Ukrainian, whom you specifically requested for a certain job, may have indirectly contributed to the situation. We sincerely apologize for any distress caused and wish we could have addressed this matter in person during the storms.

Regarding your blocked calls, we took this step due to concerns about the frequency and nature of your communications, which bordered on harassment. We strive for respectful and professional interactions.

Our working relationship ceased, from my end, when I saw how condeescending you were to Christopher,on the day we met.

We understand that there were challenges in meeting your expectations. Despite this, Christopher went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the work. He traveled to Sao Bras so many times, we lost track.

We acknowledge your dissatisfaction and have charged you 4000€ for additional works performed at no charge initially. The remaining 1000€ will be promptly processed once our supplier reopens after their Christmas holidays.

We regret any miscommunication and hope this response clarifies the circumstances. If you have further concerns, we encourage direct communication, via email, to address them constructively.
