Very pleased with the service I received here when I had a small problem with my Range Rover while staying in the Algarve. The owner and staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and were able to squeeze my car in to fix it the next business day. Fluent English spoken, which makes things much easier if you don’t speak Portuguese.

I broke down in Spain whilst travelling to Vilamoura. I wanted the car repaired close to where I live in case anything went wrong so I started looking for Land Rover specialists in the Algarve. As soon as I contacted and first spoke to Yaroslav at Soma Motors I knew he was the right man for the job.

It turned out that my head gasket had blown so it was quite a big repair needing the body removed from the chassis. Yaroslav explained the whole procedure and gave me a price that was much lower than expected. He also put the car through a thorough inspection and made sure all was ok. All throughout the repair he kept me informed of the progress. He insisted on showing me that he only used genuine Land Rover parts which I was very happy about.

My car was fixed quickly and now drives perfectly. Yaroslav has been in contact several times to make sure that the car is ok and that I am happy with the work.

I would recommend Yaroslav and Soma Motors to anybody wanting their car fixed in the Algarve. They specialise in Land Rovers but can repair anything to an extremely high standard and at a very good price.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!
I was traveling from France to Portugal in my Jaguar and had had problems with a exclamation mark and triangle showing up on my dashboard. I had gone to 2 garages in France and one in Spain with no success as to what was wrong with my car. One garage was a Jaguar one and they couldn't figure it out! All Jaguar specialists were unable to see my car for weeks on end so I just had to get any garage in France before doing the road trip. My car felt dangerous to drive and I couldn't go uphill without the car deaccelerating and juddering. It was really scary. I kept having to come off the motorway and stopping and starting again.
Finally I got to Portugal and managed to get into this garage the last day before they went away on holidays. Thank goodness I did because they didn't just send me away they worked so hard to figure out what was wrong and mended the ADblu system which has crystalized and there was a crack in a tube somewhere. I have no idea why the other garages did not see this.
I am so thankful that I went here and that I got everything sorted. Thank you Ruben for your great help at the desk and Yaroslav for mending my car! I wouldn't bother with any other garage now. I shall always come here. Bonus - Their English is perfect too!
