Charming restaurant off the beaten path. Quaint interior (definitely make reservations), with a friendly team to take care of your dining needs. My husband and I really enjoyed the garlic cheese bread, garlic chicken, and the steak tower (ham, melted cheese, and red wine sauce), so good!
Highly recommend when in Albufeira.

Amazing, small and intimate. The food here is a revelation. I would recommend the chateaubriand for 2. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly too. I will be returning very soon.

This is a rather small restaurant and booking is recommended. It was our first time here. Our reservation was accepted in minutes on WhatsApp via the webpage. Porta7 M.F.A is the right place if you look for a really good piece of meat and great service. We had fillet steak, chateaubriand and chicken.
All were delicious and price/quality was great. Also wine and drinks were great. We will come back. Photos taken after start eating. Many thanks.

Really a nice little gem of a restaurant. The place doesn't look like much and serves less than 30 people, but it's definitely worth a visit. The best meal, by far, we had during our stay. We shared a lovely and perfectly medium-rare prepared chateaubriand, which came with some vegetable, cream potatoes and two sauces. There prices are in the higher end, but bit too high and it's really worth it. The staff was so friendly and service was lovely. Please receive my highest recommendation.

Incredible little gem hidden away on the back streets of Albufeira. We came here for an early dinner, some of the most amazing food we’ve had on holiday so far. Their steaks were perfectly cooked, starters were delicious and the drinks were done really well too! Top notch service, the two girls serving us were very friendly and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! 💗🙏🏼

Wow, if you like steak, this place is a must. Beautifully cooked steak in a very nice, small, upstairs bistro. Lovely and reasonably price wine to accompany the meal. With friendly attentive service. Highly recommended.

My partner and I have been here many times and come back regularly alone or with friends. Everyone’s always loved their food. It’s delicious and they have very good wines and very friendly service. I can only recommend this place.

We had a weeks stay in Albufeira Old Town first week in June.
We ate at the MFA Restaurant (by recommendation), can only say it was superb, excellent surroundings, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, all the food & steaks we got were fantastic quality & value for money. They only have about x7 tables upstairs so probably best to book in advance.
We ate there again on our last night and was again amazing,.

Fantastic food, jalapeno style fillet steak, great sides and the Popeye starter was also good. A lovely restaurant with superb staff. A really enjoyable meal all round, including wine and dessert for approximately €80 for 2.

Lovely quaint restaurant in the Old Town of Albufeira. Best meal we had in the off season. Not cheap but fantastic food, chateauBriand absolutely succulent, also loved the honey, ham and cheese starter. Definitely recommended if after a fab steak. If you have any veggies in your midst, also offer Veggie Lasagna which was apparently very good also.

Fantastic restaurant just off the main square in the old town. Beautiful place and lovely staff, the food is incredible and very well priced considering the care and love that obviously goes into the cooking of it. Some very decent wine on offer as well.
In comparison to some of the so called food on offer in the main square this place is a gem.

A small gem, not so easy to find. A small bar downstairs is what you see from the street. Seven tables or so upstairs, so the place is small but top notch.

Best food we had in old town! Nothing like the other places that are just touristic eating barns. This is small, quality and cosy. Highly recommended

Probably the best restaurant in town with high international standards. Meat is superb, Risotto very tasty, portions are large and the bill was low. Service was also very decent.

Great place for good meat and good wine. Excellent service, waitress was super friendly and knew everything about Port wine.

A hidden little gem amongst the plenty of restaurants you can find in Albufeira. Small place, but lovely atmosphere (calm and peaceful). We probably wouldn't have visited if it wasn't for the reviews and research online, but glad we did as we had the best food in here during our stay (also probably the priciest, but worth it).

My husband had the Filet Steak with mushroom sauce and hashbrown style mash potato, While I had the grilled chciken breast with garlic, chips and salad on the side. All was gone.

Oh, and the service was lovely too.
We would definitely recommend!

The steak and lamp chops are the best I have ever had. I highly rate it ❤

Great food, probably the best steaks we have had in portugal so far. Duck was also amazing.. highly recvomend.
