Debe ser porque era la marca de referencia en mi infancia, que me resultan tiendas atractivas

I won't give even "1" star on 5 for this shop. The sale person has refused to exchange a gift that we have received for X-mas, with the ticket we had the right to exchange the goods 2 weeks before the expiration date. The Sale person were arrogant. They have refused to provide us the "Reclamation book" which by LAW is mandatory to provide in Portugal.

I have never seen such a slow cashier. Only 1 customer in front of me and it literraly took them 15 minutes !!!

I came here to buy car seat for my daughter..and waiting here for 15mins no one helped...I asked for help 2-3 times but again..waiting...2 girls were there but both were attending one clients only....they could have done more faster..not satisfied with the service..

Hoje fui à Chico no Algarve choping na guia, gostei dumas sandália para a minha filha perguntei há funcionária se tinha o tamanho que eu pedi, respondeu logo não há com uma arrogância meu Deus até parecia que eu tinha dito alguma coisa de mal. Como é possível terem pessoas tão mal dispostas a trabalhar nesta loja.
