I hired a car for two weeks with Auto Prudente. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend their service.

Firstly, I received the exact car I ordered. It was spotless on collection! During handover they were completely transparent about fees and toll expenses. There was no pressure to upgrade so I felt informed to make comfortable choices.

When I cleverly got the car stuck in sand (don’t ask!!) multiple members of staff went out of their way to support me, helping to avoid costly emergency response fees. They supported me over the phone and three members of staff came out to meet at the beach to help push the car onto solid ground. This was all out of contract and offered for free.

Using a local company ensured I received care and support when needed. I can guarantee a larger multinational company would have been far less empathetic… and costly!

We decided to hire a car last minute for 3 days (manual). The staff were really helpful and had the best prices in the area after some research. There was no funny business it was all straight forward and no deposit needed. Also you have unlimited mileage during your hire. Overall great company and cars.

Hehe we fell in love with our rental car (automatic). Look at this beauty! Of course making a reservation weeks prior to my vacation was key. As you arrive the employees welcomes you in a friendly, attentive and professional manner. Renting a car is essential if you want to explore the Algarve region - we drove everywhere!!! We hired a car for 2 days and the whole experience was excellent. We had a few questions prior to booking and they were answered quickly. They offer a zero excess for just a little more which most other companies we looked at didn’t offer. We were picked up from our hotel to collect the car and the car was collected from our hotel at the end of the hire. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We repaid definitely recommend this company *****

Hired a mid sized car for 5 days in early December '22. Gave a good discount on hire charge plus excess insurance. Clean car, no issues - did the job. No hassle on return and no nasty surprises on the credit card on return to the UK. Nice people - would use again.

Perfect service. Car ready on time, perfect condition, small damage stipulated in advance as usual. Drop off at airport was very easy. Friendly communication. If you want they can install a device that for driving on highway payment is automaticly charged on your redit card, worked fine. I would go there next time again. Thank you.

Don't waste your time with Europcar or any other rental in Algavre they will rip you off and have horrible service.

It's cheaper than some other car rental places in the area. Friendly staff and easy going. Since there was an issue with the online system when I was trying to book it, just know that there is an online price and in person price.

Would highly recommend this car hire.great price comes with full insurance unlimited mileage delivered and picked up at your hotel .freindy staff that show you where everything is in the car . 170 Euro for a week for a fiat panda and over 850 klm .these prices for what you get you get will be hard to beat.

Very easy to deal staff all speaking English. Perfect. With full car insurance no deposit required and car has been collected by member of staff from hotel car park where I stayed completely for free. Car was like new. Nice and shiny.
