The Brasserie

This place is a real treat. We’ve eaten at a few restaurants in this area and there are some gems but The Brasserie is a step up. A beautiful intimate terrace, lovely atmosphere, music, service and menu. And all that pales against the food itself.

Every dish would grace any Michelin starred restaurant in the world, and I’ve eaten at many of them. The attention to detail is superb. The design, presentation and preparation of each plate is faultless.

If you don’t eat here, given the chance, you have missed one the best meals of your life.

Chosen at random to meet needs of fussy eaters in the group with lots of choice. However turned out to be a stunning fine dining experience. We booked on the day as we were looking for something a bit different and special for the last night of our holiday. The Brasserie didn't disappoint. We were well looked after and the menu was exciting and varied - we ended up sharing in order to try as many dishes as possible. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ingredients were so well thought out and the desserts were amazing 😍. The restaurant was personal and intimate with some lovely touches and we had the most enjoyable meal of the week. Shame we can't revisit in the near future. Thank you! 💕

An amazing food experience, we were treated to beautiful food that smiled on the plate and sang on the tongue.
We were greeted by Elliot, who welcomed us in, then by the owner who was a wonderful host, who makes amazing Sangria.
After the meal we were lucky enough to meet the chef, a passionate man, using new ingredients. Check out the deserts.

What a gem we found just in walking distance of the Hapimag resort. Welcoming owners, Elliot the friendly dog and divine food and drink options that sets the Brasserie apart from the rather average food options you‘ll find in this area. We highly recommend the tuna tartare for starters. As main course we had chicken piri-piri and the black pork - which was also delicious. And don’t forget to gift yourself with some desert - you won’t regret. Grab a Belgian beer (one of the owners is Belgian) or some local white wine and enjoy your stay at the Algarve. We will definitely come back!

Once again a total gastronomic delight !!!! Perfection again ...as ever .... this little gem is the highlight of our eating experience here ... from food selection and quality, the chef excels in his attention to detail. The service is exquisite delevered with such professional broad knowledge of tastes and wine selection ...... do not miss your opportunity to experience this delight !!!!

Food and service both exceptional! Pork belly and tartare starters were fantastic. Same for the pork cheek and chateaubriand entrees. Great place and wonderful owners!

Outstanding restaurant! The food is delicious and the owners are wonderful people although Elliott is the star! Visited twice during our 10 day holiday and every course was brilliant. Great selection of Belgian beer too! Highly recommended.

Very impressed by the food, service, and prices. We had the smoked goat cheese appetizer, salmon entree, chicken piri piri, and chocolate mousse. All were absolutely phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

We are very near the end of our holiday & have eaten in most of the local restaurants. Have to say on the whole they have all been good & we haven't had a bad meal. However The Brasserie is just a totally different experience! The food is excellent! Welcoming & simply the best food, cooked & presented to perfection. It isn't possible to explain the flavours & quality you will experience here. Over the two evening in suction, the four of us have had the seabass, the blade of black pork & chateaubriand as mains, followed by the best deserts you could ever imagine. It's simply the best!!!

Every dish we had was amazing. House appertif cocktail, Carpaccio appetizer, chicken piri-piri, grilled sea bass, and 2 amazing desserts. Perfect amount of food, great service, and very tasty food. Love all the unique flavors!

Beautiful and delicious food accompanied with an excellent service. Ingredients are used you might have never heard of. This is the kind of place you would like to go more than once to be able to try some of the other dishes. Some really great wines are served as well.

The outside area is so cute, lovely music, fantastic service and really high quality food.

If you want 'cheap & cheerful' bog standard food - then this isn't the place for you....however if you want really tasty, good quality food at a price that reflects that, along with great service then I can only wholeheartedly recommend the Brasserie. Everyone enjoyed their meals (I had the aubergine & feta dish which was absolutely amazing - I'm not veggie but this tasted so good!) We had a lovely night thank you ...will definitely return!!😊

We had a wonderful dinner at the Brasserie and great conversation with the owner! Definitely try the house smoked meats and sea bass and save room for dessert! The panna cotta is excellent!

We were staying at the W and this was our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood! A must visit if you’re staying at the hotel!
