Best to book in advance to this restaurant as its always busy and very popular I booked through there website by email.

The owners are Dutch and very friendly & welcoming along with the attentative staff and a Somalia who knows all about the wines they offer he selected a wine for us which we had not tried before and was perfect for the food we had ordered.
There is a lovely menu accompanied by a specials menu which had an amazing burger main which we ordered.
I would recommend this restaurant to all from family meals to a lovely romantic meal for two.

We come to Vilamoura several times a year and normally eat in the Quinta area. Can’t believe we’ve just discovered this lovely restaurant. It will now be a regular. Very friendly service from husband and wife plus their team and more importantly excellent food and wine choices. Charming garden and a rather quirky decorated interior. We loved it.

What a find.
Gazpacho and Veal Bitterballen probably the best Amuse Bouche we have ever eaten.
The bisque was lovely, the service attentive and the evening special.

Searched for a nice restaurant to take my fiancee for a romantic meal. Made the decision to try to not end up on a loud bar which relied on its views to attract customers. Chose perfectly! This is a great restaurant with wonderful food (and a great chef), attentive and experienced waiting staff and a fantastic atmosphere and internal decor. Perfect place for an intimate upmarket meal! Will be going again if we travel to the Algarve again.

A special night out. We had dinner outside in the beautiful garden of the Florian. The staff is very friendly and made our evening extra special. The food was cooked to perfection.

This is like having dinner at a friend's home. Intimate and cozy setting and the husband-wife team that own it are great people. The menu is extensive and unique. Great service and wine list.

Just want to say I had the best meal I have ever had and I have been lucky enough to live in France, U.K and South Africa. From the service to the food I could not fault anything. The chef cane out and makes sure your happy once your done. Some Michelin star restaurants don’t even come close. You want quality then you come here.

Having visited this restaurant annually for the last 15 years, it continues to be outstanding.
Food, service and atmosphere always excellent.

We were at the Conrad hotel nearby but decided to eat here as the main restaurant was closed. A wonderful experience with great hospitality and fantastic food. The fish was sublime and the duck with poached pear was perfectly cooked. After eating many ordinary steaks in Portugal, we finally found a place that knows how to grill quality meat. The crab cake and lobster bisque starter were also excellent. Sadly we had to leave early so skipped desert but it was still a memorable dinner.

It's not often you can say eating out is an experience. This was really quite something, food was incredible, atmosphere Lovely, staff impeccable.

Would recommend anybody to visit this fantastic restaurant.

Amazing experience, top quality food and fenamonal service. Florian is located just outside Quita do lago centrum. A very good spot for a relaxed dining or a perfect first date
The restaurant looks very charming, I felt cumfortable with a nice ambiant.

The food was delicious, it is was the best food I ate this holiday. I was blowend away by the flavours, perfect balanced.

The only downside of this experience was, that we had to go home at the end of the evening.

We had a great night at Florian. Very friendly and welcoming staff upon entry. Startrd out with champagne while the excellent Portuguese Pinot Noir was decanted and lightly chilled. Amuses were a tasty tomato soup and a smoked salmon mouse with some wasabi, both nicely balanced. As starters we had delicious hand cut ham, and duck liver. Followed by iberico pork and duck breast as mains. All dishes were perfectly cooked and balanced by the chef. Will definitely return and strongly recommend anyone to experience the fine food Florian serves.
