Buddy's Restaurant Bar & Grill

Stumbled upon this restaurant as we were walking through old town. The Staff are very welcoming & polite. They had vegetarian options for the chicken & pork & spaghetti. I got the “chicken” and it was 2x soy patties. Food was delicious & house wine was very good. I would recommend the mushroom & pepper sauce, perfect to compliment your meal.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food. Generous portions and everything we tried was lovely. Little treasure among the other noisy places in the area and food quality was great. Would definitely recommend.
They also have a very rich breakfast menu, which we are planning to try as well.

First of all, it is just for the meat lovers. Amazing taste. We got a T-bone steak, sirloin steak and chicken with breadcrums. On top a very tasty Sangria. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. For sure we'll be back. Highly recommend.

The steak was amazing, cooked to perfection. Burgers were good too. A bit more expensive than the other restaurants but definitely worth it for the quality of the food.

Went here today for lunch with my Mum. Great location with friendly and professional staff and lovely food (I had the ham and cheese baguette). Highly recommended! :)

I only had breakfasts there, but the food was excellent, and my family also loved the food.

The staff were very lovely.

We came here for breakfast, the gentleman trying to get people in outside was pleasant and not intimidating like some - he said he’d pay for our meal if we didn’t like it and we really enjoyed it!

For €7 euro you get a full English breakfast with two drinks, a choice of tea/coffee, water or fresh orange juice. This was very good for the price and definitely filled us up.

5 stars all round. Friendly staff, child friendly, had skewers & ribs & burgers, all fantastic, flavoursome, fresh and well presented. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend.

Always pop into Buddy's when in albufeira usually for dinner first time for breakfast food was excellent at a great price and very good service be back in 3 weeks for a repeat 😀

Come here every time we visit Albufeira. Great food, decent value and friendly service. Had a massive English brekkie and coffee this morning for under a tenner which was delicious and in a relaxing atmosphere just watching the world go by!

Pleased to have chosen to sit at Buddy's restaurant for dinner. Well located with a very good service ( Anu with a special mark). Dishes were generous. Bathroom was clean.
I'll probably come back.

My boyfriend and I came here on whim hoping it would be nice as you can never tell abroad which restaurants are terrible and which are good when they are right next to each other…it didn’t disappoint. I had a steak burger w/ bacon and chips, my boyfriend had a fillet steak and calamari to start. Amazing portion sizes, well cooked and not full of grease. The only downside was the calamari - my partner said it tasted frozen but other than that everything was great €56 for a starter, 2 mains & 2 drinks (one of those was a cocktail which was very nice )

Four of us (2 couples) ate here and had fillet, Sirloin and rib eye steaks. All steaks were well presented and cooked to perfection. House wines were very acceptable and drinks prices very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant, a good place to eat

As it quiet hard to find a place in Portugal where the staff is happy to serve you, kind and polite (sad but it is what it is ..). I have to leave a review because the staff here was more than welcoming, smiling and also the food was great. So thank you for the service 😊.
