They have 7 counter in the bank and staff are only 4 and sometimes two of them or three of them go out for smoking..
They don’t care about the customers.
I wonder how they got more then one stars. Star Should have been in minus.
Worst management… as you know there is only one millenium bank in old know Albufeira. Worst service disgusting staff… management should be aware if the customers what they need . If you can’t open all 7 counter, you better close in which you don’t operate . Only 2 balcony works most of the time.. and people wait for 2 or 3 hours in a queue.. disgusting millenium bank…

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE CIRCUS!!! The employees are all CLOWNS!!! THEY DO NOTHING ALL DAY LONG!!! THEY ARE ALL COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!! WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE??? YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!!!

By far the worst customer service experience. Unbelievably rude and on top of incompetent staff, can't even imagine why they provide tickets and after waiting 2 hours, at closing time they tell you it takes too long and you should come other day.

May 2022. Waited in queue over one hour today simply to withdraw cash, more than possible from ATMs. Should have taken minutes. The senha machine out of order, so unrest in the queue. Nine desks in the bank, six were staffed. Only desks 3 and 4 were distributing cash. Desks 1 and 2 also cash desks but not attended, complained and informed they had been out of order since Christmas. Desks 5 to 9 dealing with deposits, transfers etc. Desk 4 was occupied with one individual for the whole time i was there, obviously not drawing cash. Desk 3 was the only desk distributing cash, very slowly. No apparent contingency plan to assist overwhelmed sections. All staff appeared totally unconcerned. Never again.

As you can see on the picture lots of desk are empty and employees are walking around rather finish the long queue !

Very disorganised and incompetent in relation to expats setting up in Portugal.

Shockingly, it took me 4 meetings to get my account open! Having finally opened the account, there was an error whereby I was being charged fees many times in excess with what I signed for. When I notified the regional complaints it was rectified and I was refunded these charges... after admitting they had opened the wrong type of account for me.

Poor attitude from the staff. They are super rude and slow. Not sure if it’s the same in other branches, I hope not.

Absolutamente horrível serviço ao cliente. Todos os representantes são indiferentes e rudes. O tempo de espera é de horas, os clientes são tratados como gado em um leilão. Tenho 70 anos e selecionei uma senha prioritária e quando fui chamado, depois de mais de uma hora de espera, me disseram que não deveria ter pegado essa senha porque, mesmo com 70 anos, pareço saudável! Só queria trocar 3.000,00€ em notas de 20 por notas de 200, 100 e 50. Disseram-me que não me podiam ajudar porque a máquina não estava a funcionar!? Atualmente, estou no processo de transferir todo o meu dinheiro e negócios do Millenium para outro banco que respeite e forneça atendimento e suporte ao cliente. Os piores e mais grosseiros são os representantes que trabalham nas estações 4 e 6 da sucursal Bela Vista em Albufeira.

Absolutely horrible customer service. All of the representatives are indifferent and rude. Wait time is hours, clients are treated like cattle at an auction. I am 70 years old and I selected a priority senha and when called, after over one hour waiting, I was told I should not have taken that senha because even though I am 70 I look healthy! I ONLY wanted to exchange 3.000,00€ in notes of 20 to notes of 200, 100, and 50. I was told they could not help me because the machine was not working!? I am currently in the process of arranging to move all my money and business from Millenium to another bank that respects and provides customer service and support. The worst and most rude are the representatives who work at staions 4 and 6 at the Bela Vista branch in Albufeira.
