Modern and convenient with lots of parking both above and below.
Within the building there are several other stores.
One can also shop and eat at either of their two dining areas.

The Mother Ship of Pingo Doce had landed. This store has everything you expect from pinga does and more including a full-on sushi bar that you can sit at and eat if you are so inclined-- and why not-- the fresh fish is just a few feet away with an enormous fish department. They also have a wine bar w/ tapas menu, and their wine department is enormous (although still, very few stingy bottles of low-end tequila). And only 1 super-premium.

This is probably the biggest Pingo Doce around. At least it's the biggest I've ever been to. You could spend hours browsing through the lanes here.

It's well set and organised, perfectly clean and in order with friendly and helpful staff all around. Lots and huge fresh food counters for fish, seafood, meat, cheese, bread and bakery items. Also a Sushi Bar to sit at or take-away.

Besides all the household items, all the dairy products, veggies, fruits etc. they got some nice local products here for really fair prices. An electronic section as well. Good choice of water, soda and beer. Huge selection of portuguese wine in all price classes.

It's really fun to spend an hour or two here. It's well visited, but so big, it never feels packed. Except at the moment you get in the line to pay. Lots of free parking lots outside. It's a mini-mall and there are several smaller shops as well in the building...and a gym upstairs. Head across the street for a fun Chinese Bazaar.

This is one of the best hypermarket in the north and country. I would say it's the best of the chain store. Five stars for its product freshness, quality of their own brand best deals available, store layout and presentation, value for money and overall satisfaction!tis hypermarket is huge in size huge in variety!so much to choose from. A lot of frozen vegetarian food. Enormous Frozen and wine section. One can spend hours browsing. If you have a lot of spare time then you can really spend it here. Enough free parking for all customers. I love to shop here. I highly recommend this hypermarket. Even if it's just for a visit!

I go to Pingo Doce quite often. As a matter of fact I shop there a few times a week. The new and improved Pingo Doce is a great place to shop.
If I had any suggestions, would be to make more international products available. Other than that, you are doing a great job.

Lots of room to walk the isles during the pandemic. Very good variety of products. Restaurants and a cafe within the supermarket
