Easy check in,calm/quite environment clean close to city centre so we were able to walk and discover a lot in the area with great restaurants as well

The accommodations are in excellent condition for the price. They are clean, well-maintained, and have air conditioning.

nice place to stay for a few nights, very clean.
the room is small but if you are visiting all day and want a place to shower and sleep it's just fine.
a lot of great places to eat nearby, metro at 4-5 min walking distance.
the place is quiet, has a small kitchen and a terrace
loved that there is no reception, no waiting time. just use the code to enter the room and building at any time

Unfortunately there isn’t an elevator. Aside that it was perfect for what we needed.

Bed was super comfortable and the place was clean

Chambre très agréable, lit confortable et propreté irréprochable.
Nous avons eu quelques voisins bruyants malheureusement, et pas de parking gratuit à proximité de l'établissement, mais nous avons su nous en accommoder.
Proximité du vieux Lisbonne et autres lieux à visiter absolument (Sintra).
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Buen hostal si vas con un amigo para rocetearos cada vez que vais al baño , por lo demás, estupendas vistas a una obra jajaja .

Możliwy pokój z widokiem na Ocean. Pokoje czyste. Nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem parkingu na ulicy.

We stayed at the hotel in November and against all odds, we had a very nice and large room. The room was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. I booked a double room, and we ended up staying in a family room on the ground floor, so I'll take it as a little upgrade😂
You can smell the chlorine smell from the water, but that takes a little adjustment and getting used to. The bathroom looked very clean.
We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and our room was cleaned 2 times before we left. The cleaning lady is a very nice person. Always smiling and greeting us.
There is no reception, but if you just stay at a place for a bed, toilet and shower, receptions is not really needed. The kitchen has a few utensils you can use, don't expect luxury. We went out for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, so we only used the kitchen for a cup of coffee or tea at night.

Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this place to people who do not need a lot!
