My friend and I walked in early on a Thursday evening and got to spend time at the bar with one of the owners. We tried 4 different cocktails and all were delicious! It's a mix of Italian and Basque and the flavors are unique and special. A must try while in Lisbon!

It’s been such a long time since I have visited a place that fulfills the desire of a great cocktail and chill atmosphere.

The staff is welcoming, kind, and attentive. The menu is clear and straightforward. Then the cocktails came and really knocked the experience out of the park. The drinks were creative, complex in flavour, satisfying, and challenging. For quality, balance, and flavour profiles these are truthfully some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had.

Also don’t forget the snacks! They were quite lovely as well.

Best bar out of all visited in Lisbon. And trust us, we've been to a lot of bars in this city. All cocktails that we tried were well balanced which is really rare thing in European bars in general. Extra 10 stars goes to non alcoholic negroni sbagliato that made my day, never tried such well made non alcoholic cocktail. Will definitely come back whenever I'm in Lisbon.

Had the Negronis, the Espresso Livornese and Dirty 50 and all were amazing! As for food, the the small crostinis with olives, sardines, peppers, etc. were a perfect snack between and with drinks. Perfect for a small group or date night pre or post dinner.

I'm not sure how this bar was chosen, We were on a food tour walking down one of these little streets up on the hill near the Fort and we walked by this place and I leaned over and said to my love we have to go here. Next thing you know we're having dinner listening to Fado and we decided to walk in to Quattro Teste. It's late on a Sunday night and there's only a few people at the bar there about to close but the bartender is super friendly and eager to service one of her masterful cocktails. The cocktail menu is complex and brilliant it focuses on vermouth and liquors, There's a beautiful balance of menu one side Basque region and one side classic Italian. Even the simplest cocktail is exquisite, we tried the herbaceous Margarita named nuclear pesto Margarita, It's subtle complex and absolutely beautiful next thing you know the drinks gone and you're a little tipsy. The Bio-Mi-To Which is inspired by the Bilboa Milano and Torino regions is a playful fun drink bursting with flavor and subtle hits of spice. My love ordered the Dirty 50 which is a 50/50 martini, With half vermouth and half gin and then there's really peculiar pepper that makes it taste like the most perfect pickle you've ever put in your mouth. We finished our round of cocktails with a very subtly perfect old fashioned which could be one of my top 3 but who's counting. If I could I would visit this bar every night ordering 1 or 2 cocktails until I finish the menu 3 times and that I would ask Marta please make me something inspired and I know she would blow my mind.
This night was my love and I's second in Lisbon. What a magical place and people. I can prove what people say, when I'm with you my love everything is better, no its simply the best. Gorgeous little cocktail bar tucked away on an old cobbled street. The cocktails were rated by strength which was helpful when choosing, and they also had exciting non-alcoholic cocktails which was lovely to see!

I was afraid that there is probably no cocktail bar in Lisbon for me. After quite disappointing visits at a few of Lisbon’s mixology “hot spots”, we got to Quattro Teste and my heart started melting after the first sip! Knowledgeable, creative, passionate, humble and very well priced. Highly recommended for anyone who’s looking for a well made drink.

Absolutely fantastic. Loved both my cocktails (dirty 50 & nuclear melon-pesto margarita). We were also lucky to have the bar to ourselves apart from the lovely Taylor & Ally. Obrigada!

This place has been here for about a year now and I have been four or five times. I love it!
Admittedly in a dubiously potentially touristy location, it is a sweet reprieve from the usual fare - a Basque-Italian bar with exquisite bar snacks! I love the bay of biscay martini (with a Gilda donostiarra instead of an olive) and the polenta fries with blue cheese. Negroni is great, as well as the txakoli and the cider too (check out the long pour straight from the barrel). Almost transports me back to Donostia with a shot of Italy on the side.
The dark green hues and chilled friendly owners make this place a pleasant hang before heading out for dinner

Best cocktail bar in Lisbon, hands down. Alf and Marta are not only best-in-class bartenders at the top of their game, but wonderful people, too. The drinks themselves are incredibly inventive and tasty, and the ambiance is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtful. It doesn’t get better than this!

Absolutely superb little bar. Italian and Basque influenced drinks and small plates. We tried a few cocktails and the cider, everything was incredible, simple but well executed serves. Absolutely coming back here again on our next visit to Lisbon.

Very creative and well balanced drinks. The favourites were:
- Espresso Livornese (like an espresso martini, but more coffee and chocolate flavours and less sweet)
- L'Antico (smooth honey and gorgonzola flavours pairing wonderfully with the booze)

We only had two of the pintxos, which were as good as the best from the Basque country but with some Italian styles too.

Top tier bar, would come again and recommend to anyone who likes great cocktails and delicious pintxos!

Amazing cocktails from Italy and Basque country. Owners are amazingly friendly. The small bites are very tasty, but do add up if you get a lot of it :-). Extra bonus: located next to a historical large plant.

This place had some of the most unique cocktails I’ve ever had. The depth of complexity in each left me stunned. The Dirty 50 was savory, spicy, and had a bit of tang to it too. If you’re a cocktail lover, anything you try will be sure to impress you.

Creative cocktails provided by bartenders with solid craftsmen experience. The flavours come from Basque and Italy and combine with creativity. Looking forward to visit again when returning to Lisbon.

If you’re a cocktail person, no debate, just go. If you are on the waitlist for the Frog and can’t get it in, this should be your “oh well, I’ll get the equivalent, just a bit more relaxed and with neighborhood vibe.” Wonderful little bar. Chat with the owner/bartender. Eat delicious Basque bites. Stumble out and have a night in Alfama!
