FACTORY GYM OF PHYSICAL

This is a fantastic gym/fitness! You can do a day pass for 5€ plus another €1 for towel rental (you can also just bring your own towel and not pay extra).

It includes use of a very clean locker (key provided by the gym) and shower. Highly recommended! You can use all the machines. The staff are also super Friendly and most of them speaks English. Go during lunch or morning when there are fewer people.

An old school gym with all the equipment you need for a good gym session. The weight room was somewhat small and can be crowded during rush hour.

Staff spoke English and was very serviceminded. Everything was top notch.

Rough and old school gym. Lots of different machines in various condition and a bunch of friendly regulars. Day pass is €5 and well worth it. Just make sure you're done before 10 am to avoid crowds.

This is the best gym I have been to in Lisbon. So much equipment never crowded and the staff are wonderful the price is also very reasonable. I paid €35 for the month

My fav gym in the neighborhood. It’s not fancy shmancy, but it has everything for you to come and have your workout done. Real deal.

Great gym.Not a luxurious one,but it has everything needed and very affordable.I saw some comments about staff friendliness and I guess it’s very subjective.Everyone has been nice to me at all times.Gym working hours are great.
They also have personal trainer services. I’m working out with the guidance of Antonio .He’s very professional and a nice person too.
Overall experience is worth 5 stars.Highly recommend this place.

For me it is the best gym in Lisbon. Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere.

A no-joke gym. So much equipment, you can hardly find such gyms even in NYC. Cardio section is awesome, it even has a Concept 2 rower.
A bit dated but has everything you need for a 10/10 workout, friendly staff, some speak English. Day passes available. Not crowded.

Best gym option if you are living in Graca.
The monthly price is around 30€.
Even though it looks like an old gym, it’s well equipped and you can find everything you want !

Proper old style gym. Huge selection of machines.
Reasonable price.
Sells proteins etc at the front desk.
Chap who runs the place very polite.
Bring a spare pair of shoes as required during covid times.
Only issues are lack of adjustable height cables and no shoulder raise, but there's literally everything else. Hack squat, calf raises of both kinds.
No calisthenics frames but many mounter bars.
Would recommend.

Came here as a tourist and I was very welcomed. The gym is big, clean and has everything you need. A day pass is 5€ and you have to bring an ID or passport. I had some good workouts. Would defiantly go there again.

Very convenient gym, clean and easy to find, the staff very friendly. The 1-day pass was perfect for a tourist like me, it costed 5€.

I can only recommend this gym. There is everything you need when you want to do proper workout. A lot of dumbells, benches, cardio area. Perfect gym!

Has everything necessary. If you are staying in Lisbon for just a while, day pass for 5 Euros is perfect. Just bring shoes and towel.

Trained here for a few days while in Lisbon and it was great. Lots and lots of choice on machines and free weights. Very friendly staff. I loved training here!
