Luggage @ City Center

This place is perfect! It gives you the possibility to leave your luggage while you can discover the city of Lisbon . It‘s right in the middle of the center, near to the metro station! The host is very gentle and he made me a special price.
I highly recommend it!

Friend and I needed the luggage stored at short notice in between check out and our flight . We found it was very convenient, well priced, flexible selection of times and friendly store manager. Highly recommend

This place was great. We had a large group and the man running the place had a very calming demeanor and was very careful with the whole process of checking in and counting our bags. We also used their delivery service to have our bags brought to our Airbnb and it was very affordable and timely. They also operate a sort of Internet café (but no food or drinks) where you can sit and do logistics on your computer and print boarding passes etc. if necessary. To access the place you have to walk through what looks like a fancy hotel lobby, which made me feel like it would not be a target for burglars.

We needed somewhere to store our cases for 5 hours so that we could continue to explore Lisbon without our heavy cases for the day. The process was easy to organise and Henry was very helpful and polite. We left 3 roughly 25 kg cases with them and it felt very safe. It was also very affordable and fast to pick them up when we needed to. Would definitely use this service again!

reasonable price, great location at the center, amazing service, very friendly and professional treatment, usually it closes at 20:00, but Henry waits us till 21:00 to pick up our luggage, veryyy recommend

The mall was closed when we arrived, but the luggage storage manager was waiting on the street with a flyer clipped to his pocket to help us identify him as he approached us.
We didn’t have a reservation, but he walked us down the ramp to the first level of the parking garage where his office is.
He was Super Friendly and helpful, and had our luggage checked in ASAP, as well as confirming he’d be there when we returned 4 hours later.
We got there 30 minutes early, and he was already there waiting for us, and was just as helpful getting us checked out.

Reasonable pricing. Easy and safe location to storage your luggage for the day, just remember not to loose your allocated number and card.

Super easy and cheap too. I walked in and out in under a minute. Keep in mind the address is correct and you have to walk into the building and down the hall to the right for the drop-off. Staff is friendly and professional.

Go through the front entrance, turn sharp right at the coffee stand & take the lift to floor SS. The shop is directly on your left hand side as you exit the lift. Henry found us wandering around & guided us to the store! It's reasonably priced, well staffed and very convenient. We've now used it twice & it's an excellent service in a v busy city. You can use a computer connected to a printer.
WiFi is fast. You can even store your luggage if you are visiting Lisbon.
Staff is super helpful and nice.

Great little service.

The shop is easy to find - the building is located exactly where google maps has the pin, and then there is a sign for the luggage shop in the entrance so you know you are in the right place. Go up the lift one floor to 'SS' and the shop is just there next to the lift.

The guy running the shop was really helpful and nice.

This storage place freed us up to explore Lisbon for one more day before our evening flight. The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. The location was convenient, as it is not far from the Baixa-Chiado metro station. Recommended!

Excellent service after a lot of changes to our itinerary and many messages. Our bike boxes arrived a week before us by courier and there was no problem receiving or storing them.

In March I was visiting Lisbon and wanted to store my luggage for a few days because I was leaving for Holland briefly and did not want to bring all my bags. Since the hotel I was staying did not want to be store my bags, the Luggage Store at City Centre was recommended. I stored my TV and another baggage and was really pleased with their service. The manager even waited after a couple hours after closed of business to accommodate me, because I was arriving late and needed to fly out the next day. This service was very gratifying and I want to just share this with anyone looking for a place to store their baggage while in Lisbon.

It was difficult to find out the place little bit. There is store on the SS floor. Staff is friendly. We can take the luggages with cheap prices. Also we can print the boarding pass for 0.5€. it’s really useful.
