Sam was incredible!! Had the best time at UNI cocktail - haven’t experienced anything like this. A cocktail tasting menu, each cocktail had 10+ ingredients - and you will be shocked by each of the ingredients! Insane experience - would recommend to anyone who loves creative ingredients in cocktails! And can’t stress how amazing Sam was! He talked us through each cocktail and was so sweet and engaging! Ps. We had the whole menu and then some!

Unforgettable experience. The cocktails were amazing, we order all 10 to try it. Sam made us feel so special, it made all with care and made the whole experience so unique. I'll come back and reference to my friends.

The menu doesn’t reveal ingredients, going with flavour profiles instead. We had a little amuse-bouche before the drinks came out. They were stunning.

Truly the best experience. We were visiting from NYC and wanted a nice night cap. Nicky was absolutely incredible. We wish we had something similar like this in the city. He took full control and kept us so entertained and laughing.

This was one of the most unique and curated cocktail experiences I’ve ever had. Not only we’re the cocktails incredible, but the intimate setting truly elevates the overall experience. Nicky was our bartender and his detailed knowledge on the ingredients and creative process was impressive along with his impeccable service. There is so much thought and appreciation that goes behind each and every cocktail. You are truly missing out if you don’t indulge in Uni.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had travelling. The bartender, João was so great to talk to and had so much knowledge of the cocktails. We loved the concept and that it’s still a little hidden gem. The prices are worth it and even if you’re on a budget, why not treat yourself to the experience and try one. Will be definitely recommending this place to any friends visiting Lisbon!

This is the coolest place in Lisbon. We went last night and it’s all we’ve talked about! Hearing about all the drinks & learning more, I would consider this place art. I highly recommend coming here.

What a unique and exclusive space. It was by chance that i was looking for a bday drink and was allowed entry since there is only 10 seats. The space has white curtains from ceiling to floor with a space of 2x3 meters. The cocktails are out of this world! Before you receive your cocktail, you are given kiwi/ginger to clean your palette. I got to try something to my taste as well as my partners, which is completely different than mine. The ingredients in each cocktail or all organic and the mixologists knew exactly how to combine to suit each client. It's new to the scene and ahead of it's time. What a treat.

Cool bar for anyone who’s ready to pick their drink on its adjectives. The service was great in this intimate space. I’ve never experienced anything like it and would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely chill, intimate hidden gem. Wonderful unique concept. Constança, the owner is so warm, welcoming & charismatic. The cocktails are in a league of their own, absolute best I’ve ever had, zero exaggeration!! I’ll definitely be returning here.

I traveled all across Europe for 3 weeks and I can’t say with confidence that my favorite night overall was at UNI in Lisbon. This bar is unlike any other bar I’ve experienced. The bar only seats 9 people which creates and intimate setting with the other bar-goers. I left with 8 new friends from different countries that I still keep in contact with. The drinks are so unique and can have up to 14 locally sourced ingredients in each drink. I recommend trying each drink on the menu. Nicky was our bartender the night I went and his passion for his job made the night most enjoyable. He is knowledgeable about each drink and makes each drink with such excellence. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

A truly unique cocktail experience. This is unlike anything we had ever experienced and we are so glad we did! The drinks are inventive and oh so delicious. The very small location adds a great ambiance and led to wonderful conversations with other patrons. A reservation is a must!

Get ready to be transported to a unique cocktail experience! I love intimate settings and this place sits 9 ppl. Sam (mixologist/bartender) is wonderful and truly makes you feel like a friend. Each cocktail is completely different from the next from light to savory, every sip is balanced.

I have been wanting to experience this bar for so long and tonight Nicky took the best care of us. A unique bar with delicious tastes. Come with an open mind and let Uni take you on the craft cocktail experience of a lifetime. We each tried 3 different cocktails and each was exceptional and unlike the other. I only have great things to say about this place. I will come back each time we are in Lisbon!

Super cool venue; only seats 6-8 people and feels like such a treasure. We had Sam as our bartender, and he mixed us up some really good cocktails.

Stopped in for an aperitif on Saturday night, and loved it so much that we came back for a nightcap after dinner. Fab drinks, really inventive and delicious. Amongst the best cocktails I’ve had. The bartender was chatty and really made us feel welcome the first and the second time. He took the time to explain the drinks and made recommendations. For such an intimate place it really added to our experience to have an approachable and friendly bartender. Hope to come back sometime!

Literally one of the most unique and best experiences i've had in Lisbon or maybe even anywhere. The space feels very intimate, with low ceilings and and ethereal atmosphere, which makes for a really different experience of being in a bar, the drinks are all really amazing and so different that we had to keep trying them and ended up trying the whole menu by the end of the night. Nicky, the barman and manager is truly a special person with a real knowledge of the craft, bringing storytelling to the place and the drinks while being the funniest guy ever at the same time, we felt instantly at home there and, by the end of the night, everyone there was talking like old friends that met by chance in a bar. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try some amazing drinks and have a really fun and special night out.
