This gym might be small, but it has everything you need. With row machines, treadmills, freeweights, several machines, and a dedicated yoga room, it's perfect. I love that it works with Urban Sports and that it's often not too too busy.

Great place. Small but well equipped. Not very busy [at least when I was there], reasonably priced for day passes and friendly staff.

Amazing swimming pool for swimmer

Ginásio muito bem equipado, acolhedor e bem localizado.

pros: it's very clean. Equipment is in good repair. It has barbells, dumbbells, and machines. It wasn't very crowded. It was cheap for a day pass. The reception desk spoke English, which was helpful since I don't speak Portuguese.

Cons: they wouldn't let me bring my backpack into the gym. I'm a powerlifter, so I was awkwardly carrying around squat shoes, knee sleeves, my wallet, towel, and belt. Not ideal.

Also, there's only one 20kg barbell and one squat rack. So you might be waiting awhile to use the equipment you want.

A perfect gym. Small but has it all. You must bring a towel and water though!
