One of the employees was extremely rude. I was looking for a specific medicine and he proceeded to tell different names of products, when I said it was none of the mentioned, he lifted his hands in the air showing frustration..I asked him if he didn't like to work and his answer was that he was not going to name every single product, which I never asked or expected. I expressed my disappointment with the treatment and he did not take it seriously. Thankfully the other employee was very helpful and nice.

the girl with dark curly hair is not nice at all!! if you ask for baby milk biscuits (like plasmon) she tells you that she doesn't know what they are, making you look like a crazy person. Among, there were some boxes on the floor and I tripped and she wasn't even worried. Instead she even seemed annoyed and even told me "be careful"... in an annoyed tone. Also, she didn't let me see the other diapers behind the boxes she was stocking...(you can do this at 15 pm! the place is already tight) and all annoyed she tells me "the weight?"... I tell her the size and she replies "no the weight! I don't know the size!"
I asked her also sorry....but I wrong
Please change your jobs. Don't come in here, you'll just bother the staff.

The girl working in the evening shift 22/08/2023 , have big things in her phone doesn’t mind the customer even asked for detail about the product she doesn’t even care , i only have a F word for her if she’s seeing this obrigado 😊

The girl with round face she was so bad I feel very sad other one is good she was helping me but the round face girl she is very bad. Please be nice to your customer .. today you made my day sad .. .

The woman working didn’t even lift her head to look at me, gave me incorrect change & didn’t say so much as a good morning, thank you or excuse herself for the mistake.

Ordered from their pharmacy TWICE in a space of an hour because i thought the first item was a mistake, got delivered expired and faulty products TWICE! An absolute waste of money. Never again

I have been there 3 or 4 times but last time when i went there was the tall girl compared to other girl who work there she was very rude Never going back to this store again never!!
