Lidl Tomar

My mate Rob is obsessed with Lidl, so I'd mock him regularly. Then I visited Portugal (from a lidlless country) and realised I had forgotten how spectacular Lidl is! The fresh bread, rolls & pastries were enough to bring me back daily but I also got the best leggings I've ever had in my long long life (great elasticity) there. My case was overweight on the way home because of all the chocolate I bought in Lidl.
Lidl if you're reading this I BEG you to come to New Zealand (south island too!), we really need & want you. Come shatter the supermarket duopoly keeping our prices high and our variety limited!

Grocery store with a bakery and good produce section. A little bit different offerings than most of the other grocery stores. Good prices.

Love it! Spacious. Fresh produce. Wide variety of organic food. Enough parking space. Loads of trusted German brands. Just glad it’s there.

A newly built Lidl that is well laid out, with wide aisles, an in-house bakery, a fabulous produce section and a large variety of fresh, pre-packaged meats. Staff are attentive and friendly. Those looking for gluten free products may have a hard time finding them as there are few. Inter Marché is much better stocked in this regard. Access is easy and parking is ample.

Ques are short and an automated entrance system for capacity for covid.
More till staff than UK ques are short and quick. Also they have a toilet available. Good service and quick if you want
