Had the chance to meet a Friend and he suggested this amazing place.
We had a reservation for a table inside the restaurant but we choose to remain outside and have lunch/brunch on those small tables in the wall.
We couldn’t be happier!!
Service is professional and cordial but the food is superb!
We had several small dishes and a pizza.
Everything was really tasty and cooked to perfection!!
The atmosphere is stunning! Beachside ambiance with easygoing people all around enjoying a great sunny day, the sounds of the waves by the sea! Couldn’t ask for more!!
Highly recommend!! But you need to call ahead to reserve a table!!

We stopped by right around sunset and we’re awarded with an amazing view paired with great wine and tasty food. The waiters were super attentive and the entire experience was amazing. The seafood is great, and the different grilled meet is also tasty. They offer a good selection of wine and other beverages. If you want to enjoy an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean in a great restaurant you should definitely visit Lapa Lapa!

We had a wonderful dinner with one of the best steaks i've ever had. Prices are very moderate compared to the inner parts of the city. Location and service was also amazing. I highly recommend this place!

I love the spot for sunset. Unlike other places nearby you can get served at the bar, which helps if you are just popping in. Casual seating out the front, and weather permitting it’s got a great buzz of locals. Good wine list too.

Good service! Yummy food! Nice view of Praia do Molhe! We had a long table for 18 diners. There were two main dishes, Gambas in coconut milk with coconut rice, and Beef with Spinach sauce. The beef was nicely sliced and served in an attractive presentation. The gambas in coconut milk is a Mozambique dish and reminded me of the Nasi Lemak in Singapore. It was a yummy dinner!

Great near-ocean caffe, with high quality food and very friendly service. On a sunny day you may by drinks takeaway and chill outside.

The hostess and waiter were very friendly and professional. The food was very good (see pictures). My wife had a vegetarian option, which was a quinoa salad with zucchini, asparagus, and pumpkin. And I had the grilled tuna with a seaweed salad and pasta. And the view of the ocean that day, incredible, as the restaurant is on the boardwalk at eye level view.

We highly recommend Lapa Lapa, and would eat there again when given the chance!

The grilled chicken was divine! Absolutely delicious. It seems they really use bio, fresh & delicious ingredients, even the Salat was to die for. 5🌟

Atmosphere was beautiful, music was good, definitely recommend going for sunset, the tuna starter tataki and mains salmon was amazing. My friend had the duck which was also sublime!

I have been twice in Lapa Lapa. Every time, I enjoyed the food, the drink and the service. The food is usually a large portion and with hight quality. Cocktails are also better than the neighbouring bars and restaurants. Strongly recommend the place to go. price is also reasonable.

Ok, this place is a true gem. I wanted to have a decent dinner on my birthday, but Lapa Lapa went above and beyond. The atmosphere of the place is amazing, really lively and cosy with lots of nice plants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is right at the beach, so you can watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine. And on the top of everything, we had the tastiest food in Porto!!! Everything was super delicious, and they looked great as well. Don't forget to book in advance, as it can be fully booked easily. P.s.: when my wife mentioned that I had my birthday, they put a nice candle on my dessert and even got an extra surprise. That's what I call hospitality...

I wanna order with dinner long island cocktail. You know what? Big thanks for this opportunity! Only in Lapa Lapa i can do this each time without criticism from staff side.

Food was top notch, our waitress was very nice and made an effort to speak in our language. We were able to get a table on the terasse with a seafront view. Every dish was very spécial, I had a portobello mushroom burger that was like a soufflé instead of the usual buns, my friends got the carpaccio pizzas with a very thin crust as we like it and the desserts were as surprising and good such as the carrot brownie which was our special favorite. The price were very affordable for the quality of the food: 4-5 euros for a dessert , around 9 euros for an entree and mains ranged from 12 to 38e. Highly recommend this place.

The ambiance is incredible and it is worth the many tries to get a reservation - yes you must call. Their design team has attention to detail (even the business cards are special). The perfect place to see sunset surrounded by loved ones.
