After a few days of rain, the sunshine in Ponte da Barca was amazing. Very few people were out and we had the river all to ourselves. Peaceful, tranquil, memorable.

It's a lovely town of 4k people. Right on the Lima River and 5 minutes from Arcos de Valdevez. Very vibrant in the first half of the day. Lots of nice bakeries and restaurants. Enjoy

Amazing weather and amazing characteristic architecture of north Portugal! Very typical houses and amazing food! We stayed at a booking rented house called "lodges Minho" amazing hosts!

Beautiful town. The walk along the river is really nice. The medieval town center is well kept and very clean. The food and wines are amazing. Lovely people
