Very spacious which makes it ideal for large gatherings, but still quiet at least when I was there. Nice modernist layout and decoration. Food and service not exceptional but at a good standard. Reasonable price.

Had such a great experience both times I came here! The staff are so attentive and friendly, the food is great and the decor is awesome. This place was so good I had to take my parents the second time I went so that says enough lol, can’t recommend it enough :)

This is a kind of iconic Lisbon institution that is mostly famed for their steaks (Portuguese café style, so don't complain about them being thin or drowning in sauce) and that has evolved to also being a Sports Bar. I mostly go there to watch games on the giant screen and almost never fail to have the steak and a few cold beers. The bacalhau dishes and the Brazilian-style Parmigiana are also pretty good. I feel it's slightly overpriced but I do love the vibe during games and the food is good, while the service is fast and manages with English as well.

One of the best bife de vazia ever - tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The sauce was very good too. My wife’s Bacalhau assado looked great and she enjoyed it. This restaurant dates back to the 1950s and it seems ton keep its original look and feel. For me, it was a bit like a welcome time-machine. Staff service was tops too.

Easily the best burger i have had.
Succulent quality beef, on the rare side so nice a juicy, beautiful garnish and topped with a buttery brioche bun.
If you are on a calorie controlled diet perhaps swerve this however if you love quality food - dig in and enjoy

Amazing restaurant, a reference in Lisbon! For me, the best quality/price and the best Steak in Lisbon. I'm a customer since my early age (almost 50 now).

Cozy atmosphere. Everybody can find their own better place as the restaurant is huge. Young couples can hide in the corner, bigger companies can have a table for 10, parents can enjoy their time because of nice playroom for kids. And the food is very good!

Surprisingly nice service and unpretentious vibe for such a large and impressive place. Menu is not very creative but the mixed amuse bouche ('mix de salgados') is delicious.

Awesome restaurant honestly the best steak I have had in a long time with a sweet toffee like taste to the sauce would definelty recommend a tasting. It took over from an old theatre and has become this cafe restaurant. Make sure to come here atleast once!

Very nice place to have a group or family dinner! The rooms are cousy and bring you back to the past! You can definitely feel the glamour of this place! Waiters are very efficient and friendly! Food is very good!

Only watched the Brasil-Croatia game during the 2022 World Cup which was very nice as the place was full if Brasilians, even though Brasil lost. The beers and the Coke was super, also the staff is friendly.

The service was great, the waiter was really nice and helpful.
It isn't a cheap restaurant but the prices weren't that high and the food was definitely worth the price.
I ordered the sirloin steak and it was very tender and flavorful.
The fries that came with the steak were simply amazing, perfect texture and taste.
Would definitely recommend going here and i know that i will be coming back!

This is one of those places that you always LOVE to come back to. I've been going there for 35 years and both food and service have always been impecable. Try a medium-rare "Bife da Vazia" (Sirloin Steak) with a fried-egg on top, and french fries aside, and you'll never forget it! Chocolate mousse and an italian expresso coffee for dessert and that's it: done.
