The owner of the laundry explained me step by step how to purchase the card so I could get discounts using the launderette. He also showed me how to use the washing machines and the dryer, setting the programs and so on. He was very patient and gentle. After washing there, my clothes got a very pleasant smell. If you have a Portuguese bank account and you are using MB Way, you can pay via MB Way. Otherwise there is a machine accepting cash.

Among the launderette services, they have services like: dry cleaning, carpet cleaning, leather cleaning, but also collection and delivery at home, or just drop-off at the laundry and they will take care of everything!

Clean and safe place to do your laundry. You can start the machines, walk to nearby cafe, then return when it's done. The machines are locked until a couple of minutes before they are done. They also have dropoff service (same day if you drop off early or next day if they are busy) if you don't want to wait. It goes by weight but it was 20 euros for my carry-on suitcase of clothes. Don't make the same mistake that I did, see my photo for their dropoff and pickup hours (at the bottom of the glass window writing in white). The longer hours on Google is for accessing the machines which makes sense. 😄

Stayed in hotel and didn’t want to pay hotel prices. Called them and they picked up and dropped off the clothes on same day. All folded etc. Saved me a bundle ! Good service and good communication

Amazing laundry place. Staff are very friendly and will help even with the self service (Portguese/English). Clothes smell fresh and clean! The shop/machines are also clean and feels safe! Detergent included and temps settings on washer and dryer.

The friend Im staying with had no dryer so I was panicking as had washed my clothes and needed them quickly. Concept Laundry saved the day. I was able to drop off and have them dry my clothes allowing me to have lunch and pick up later. Super clean, modern and very friendly and in my case they spoke perfect english! I highly recommend!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The detergent smells amazing and your clothes feel so fresh from the dryer. Lwiana is an absolute saint. There was an issue with the washing machine that I had washed my clothes in and I didn’t realise and did a cycle of drying. I stepped out really quickly and upon my return she let me know about the issue and offered to wash the clothes again and dry it again because of the malfunction. This is an absolute display of character. She did not need to tell me since I didn’t realise but she took the time to let me know. They clean their machine frequently and assist you through the entire process. If I could give this place 10/5 stars I would. Just absolutely phenomenal.

I had a really nice experience with the company. It was easy to get in touch with the owner; he replied within minutes and introduced the collection-and-delivery service clearly. There was no problem at all with communicating in English. He was very punctual at collection and delivery. The quality of washing, drying, and folding was great. I also appreciated that two shirts of mine were ironed for free. I will certainly come back next time.

Your clothes will never smell better! I have been traveling for sometime and having a quality laundromat that I trust and actually enjoy going to was a win! Luiana, one of the owners- is the besst! She gave me so many recommendations on places to see and made waiting for my laundry go by so fast because we would just chat about life. I would walk away with great smelling clean clothes and an amazing conversation. They have baskets to easily transfer your clothes from wash to dry or hang dry, with easy ways to add more time or temporarily dry more delicate items. Highly recommend!

I found this place on google and although there was a self service laundry shop next door to my hotel I went here instead and I am so glad I did. Jorge was really friendly and took my clothes, washed them and folded them and texted me as soon as they were ready on the same day for me to collect. Clothes smelt amazing and great. I really recommend this family run place, Jorge ans his wife run it and they are doing a great job. Highly recommend

Beautiful and very clean laundromat. The owner has his laundry service so he's there to help if any too. The dryer works really well, only take 30' to dry my clothes instead of 45' as other places. Highly recommended.
