Alex and Rafa are INCREDIBLY good. Their knowledge and skill is deeper than the marina trench. And what humility! These guys are doing the Lord's work in Lisbon.

Amazing EMS trainers! Working out with Alex has been truly a life changing experience. I tried my first ems session while recovering for a SI joint disfunction and Alex went above and beyond to not just train the right way but really show the diff btw therapy and training. Rafa is an incredible trainer who has given me so much confidence and motivated me to get healthier and stronger. I so look forward to my sessions with him. Cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely FAB!!!
