Amazing restaurant with a new twist on traditional Portuguese cuisine. Everything we had was delicious. My husband ordered the goat and it was so good, not ‘goaty’ at all. I had the pork cheeks which were also incredible.

Desserts were good too. But I preferred my husband’s baked cheesecake with sorbet over my rice pudding which was tasty but more baked and solid than the pudding version I make at home.

All in all it was a very enjoyable experience with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

We received a warm friendly greeting upon arriving at the restaurant. It was a very attractive space. My wife and I both had the octopus on sweet potato with spinach and bacon. It was absolutely delicious! We had a bottle of the delightful White House wine. It had a lovely stone fruit character, nicely chilled but not too cold. The owners, two sisters who opened this restaurant in December of 2023, were very friendly, engaging and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Has new management.. And what a pleasant surprise. Really great fresh food of high quality in mor than good size portions. I had cabrito / goat.. A whole leg... Fantastic. Well cooked.. Drop. Of bone.. But not dry.. Well flavoured. Wife had chicken.. Also full of flavor... Fmgreat attentive service. Also. Not that busy but excellent and not expensive. Definitely value for money... They have a lot going for them. This time will go back.

My wife and I loved having a great dinner at this new restaurant. The two sisters treated us with like we knew them for a long time. The glass walls feels like your outside eating in a garden. We both had Monkfish which was so tasty. Loved the chocolate cake she baked herself. Can't wait to hopefully go back next year.

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times have been spectacular. I accidentally booked the day previous to what I intended, despite this our experience was incredible. Herve is an exceptional chef and his staff are so lovely. The attention to detail is amazing and the food is exquisite, I recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Quateria and nearby areas. The next time I’m in Portugal I most certainly will return to my favourite restaurant. Thank you once again for making our family dining experience one we will never forget.

Another fabulous restaurant in Quarteira - you must try it! Best prawns ever and gorgeous steaks, perfectly cooked, oh yes and then the chocolate fondant and ice cream - delicious!! Very friendly staff too and chef always makes an appearance - always a good sign! Love this place and will definitely be back next visit! 😁🥂👍

Excellent restaurant with stellar service. Every dish was very tasty and the service was so welcoming and friendly! They even brought sparkling candles with a cake and prosecco while singing the birthday song for my partner's birthday! So sweet and kind! Wholy recommended, thank you again for the lovely time :)

What a lovely setting!!! The atmosphere in the outdoor courtyard is wonderfully laidback.

We each had the goats cheese to start and the sea bream for main which were really tasty. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sides of vegetables are the best we've had so far in Vilamoura! It's also the best value we've seen here. The service was friendly and added to the excellent evening we had.

It may be a little bit out of the way, but more than worth a visit!

We booked this restaurant based on reviews and were they right! The location was perfect and a destination. It was a beautiful setting with great lighting, service and quality. We enjoyed wonderful starters such as sautéed prawns and truffle Camembert followed by duck confit and lamb shank. All done to perfection followed by crème brûlée and tarte tartin. Wine selection was abudant and lovely. Will return fo sure!

Best meal we had on our trip to Portugal, and that is a high standard. I can’t say enough good things about the menu, the wine, the quality food, and the friendly service. We sat in the courtyard, what a wonderful setting.

Very nice place to eat. Food was great. Took meat menu and it was delicious. Raspberry cream brulé was amazing. You can feel the french touch!

If you're in Quarteira (or even Vilamoura) and you want a proper quality meal away from all the usual tourist fayre, head here. It's a very worthwhile 15 minute walk from the Quarteira water front or a few minutes by car (there's parking outside).

The service is attentive but not overbearing, the simple fixed priced tiered menu is clearly explained. Three tiers, £13, £15 and £17 respectively for 3 courses and espresso.

Complementary tapenade and toasts are a nice appetiser, the wines very reasonably priced and the coffee good quality.

We both had completely different meals and each was very enjoyable. The current pork main and creme caramel dessert were outstanding.

Should we ever visit the area again, we would ABSOLUTELY revisit.

The environment and decoration is well chosen, from the table decoration, to the lights and the music. All chosen to give you a very good dining experience whether dinning with family or a more romantic experience.
The menu offers a good choice between starters, main and desserts with good variety.
As soon as the food starts arriving you can definitely tell that is prepared with the utmost care, with quality ingredients and cooked on the spot. All dishes are very well presented and very very tasty.
Last but not least and a fundamental piece of the puzzle, the service. Professional, polite, attentive to customer needs and confident on being the face of the 'Diplomatico'.
