Pine Cliffs Gardens

This place is just magical. The resort itself is beautifully built. The pine trees, the pools, the golf area, the rooms, the spa - everything is perfect. The breakfast is my highlight. So good and so various. The beach is insane, so beautiful and wide. Pine closes resort is just magical and worth every cent. Just one little downside the restaurants on site are just too pricey for what you get. The rest is absolutely insane. ✨✨✨

Our November retreat surpassed expectations at every turn. The hotel's surroundings were nothing short of mesmerizing, providing a visual feast for the senses. The rooms, notably spacious and comfortable, became a cozy haven during our stay. What made our experience even more delightful was our ocean-facing room, where a gentle breeze from the sea created the perfect atmosphere.

The staff's friendliness was a highlight, although a few exhibited a reserved demeanor. Nevertheless, their attentiveness contributed positively to our overall impression.

Dining experiences at the hotel's restaurants were good, albeit leaning towards the pricier end. For those seeking culinary adventures, venturing into town for meals proved to be a rewarding choice. A standout recommendation among the hotel's offerings was "O Pescador," a dining gem that left a lasting impression with its exceptional cuisine.

In summary, our stay was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and local exploration. The memories of breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and culinary delights will linger, making this retreat an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a well-rounded and enriching getaway.

Such a great place for family. We decided to stay there for the end of our Portugal trip with the family. The staff are hyper friendly and we were taken care like Queens and Kings. The view from the cliff and beach was just crazy.

Really excellent stay in the residences. Very large beautiful apartment, daily cleaning service. Great pools indoor and outdoor and heated. Super beach.
Staff all very nice. Great complimentary shuttle bus around the complex.
Things on-site are expensive as you’re expected but very good restaurants just outside.
Only small quibble was TVs are quiet old so can’t watch Netflix on them, but that is very minor.

We spent a wonderful week in an apartment. We were in a two bedroom two bathroom room. The apartment was very well appointment, spacious and clean. The apartment was serviced every day.

There’s almost too much to mention. The highlights for us were

- the Champagne bar. Open every night and an amazing place to sit and watch the sunset after a hard day laying on the beach

- the service. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we met was well trained and friendly

- the beach. Okay not actually part of the hotel but its close by (although the walk isn’t for the faint hearted). The hotel has its own beds and towels there so I think it justifies a mention

The place was really great. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were really beautiful and clean. Service was great. Views were fantastic.
But when I called to get a bucket of ice I was told there would be a 12 Euro service charge. I thought that was outrageous. I have seen that before in other places and perhaps that is the trend but it is a terrible trend and needs to be stopped immediately especially at such a nice place. (There was no way for me to get the ice myself. As there were no ice machines available)

I really liked my stay here. The staff was friendly and the resort is super clean. Breakfast is great with lots of options and a nice breakfast room. Roomservice did a good job.

Really liked the Residences. They treated us well as titanium members of the Marriott Bonvoy program with free breakfast everyday of our stay and while I se a lot of folks complain about the wait time for the free shuttle back to the main hotel - we just used our rental car when we wanted to go there. The pool at the Residence buildings was more than adequate and better because it was nice and quiet. Love the place.

I am currently holidaying in this resort having traveled from the west of Ireland with my wife and 3 teenagers. We are staying in a 2 bed garden apartment on the first floor overlooking a fabulous pool (one of many). Having researched this resort and read a multitude of reviews, I felt it time to write my first ever review to advise other holidaymakers. The reviews, promotional material and website do not do this place justice. Pine cliffs is a stunning resort!!! Beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Staff are friendly and work hard to keep such a big resort working efficiently. I played nine holes on pine cliffs golf course this morning with my son (I won 2up) it’s a short course with stunning scenery, I would recommend white tees for low to mid handicap golfers. It is expensive here, we were aware of this so we eat out every other night with a very well serviced supermarket just an 8 iron from our apartment for breakfast and lunch. The beach is a healthy walk away and so far we’ve had no difficulty getting sun loungers, I was prepared to reserve loungers at a cost but this was not necessary.. The resort does take time to navigate, I quite enjoy this as it throws up a few nice surprises. Hope this has been a helpful review.

Really great place. Lots to do for kids and, even though we had a bit of rain, still happy to just chill and enjoy our holiday. Lovely place

Lovely place, beautifully designed and landscaped. Loads of stuff for kids and adults to do. Good choice of restaurants and pools, nice golf course and lots of other high quality facilities. Will defo go again. Staff were lovely, only possible gripe would be that I think there were a bit short staffed here and there.

As good as it gets in the Algarve ;) there is nothing I can fault in this hotel truly a 5* experience . And the lift from the garden to the beach is just the cherry on top.of the cake ;)

My mom said I are staying at the residence part of the property for 2 nights and it is amazing! The staff is spectacular too, especially Palo who helped us out when we were in a bind. Love this place.

Beautiful location and excellent service. A lot of kids so family friendly. We do t have kids but it still was relaxing for us. Didn't feel crowded and the beach was unbelievable

It was cheaper for us to visit Fairways as members to eat than using the restaurants. We found that out during our last visit. The food is good but on the pricey side.

Most of the restaurants were closed due to the time we came over on this occasion.

There's a football field at one end where the boys went and played with other guests.
