Wow, what an beautiful little bar/restaurant at the beach with an amazing view. They serve a delicious plate with chrimps that is just top notch. It's served in a soup-like saus with a sophisticated taste pallet I just can't forget. Accompanied with some roasted local bread makes this dish something you need to have tasted if you are in the region. The cocktails and other dishes are also very good but for me nothing will beat the experience of eating the schrips in this heavenly soup.

What an amazing restaurant! It’s stunning, cozy, right on the beach and the owners and their staff are incredible! Highly recommended and a MUST if you go to Armação de Pêra, Portugal. Just amazing! MUITO OBRIGADA and see you next year!

We went here for dinner based on their google reviews and were so glad we did. Could not have picked a better place for our first night in Portugal. The owner is down to earth and the staff is friendly as well. A table opened up beachside and they moved us to it right away. The food is absolutely amazing and affordable. For anyone that is looking for a sign for where to go, where there seems to be many options on google maps… this is the place. The vibe is unmatched and so chill. We will be back for a 2nd time within our 4 day trip here to Portugal. Best spot in Algarve!!!!!

Probably the best decorated beach bar around, with the great cusine, atmosphere and service!

How charming! Excellent food at an excellent pricepoint. Grest value for what we got. All entrees are ~20Euro or less. What a gem!! We had oysters, swordfish with mango, steak, & chocolate cake. Highly, highly recommend.

Lovely dinner and cocktails at Calixtos. Well priced and the location can't be beaten. Service was great not to forget the sangria was the best we had, I would recommend booking online as it does get busy.
Disappointed we only ate here once and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Excellent food, fantastic view for a terrace and such a polite service! Big plus: untypical menu for a beach bar - you can try out mixture of Portuguese and Asian cuisine, and a fresh seafood, of course. I spent here a very pleasant time ☺

Enjoyed two experiences here. The first just for cocktails (delicious) and fries. We came back the next day for a full lunch (and of course more cocktails). The atmosphere is adorable and you can’t beat the location. Drinks and food were just lovely.

Such a chill place with absolutely exceptional seafood! We had the prawns, Algarve salad and mango salmon and it all tasted absolutely amazing, could give Scott’s seafood in London a run for its money!

delicious, fresh food (poke bowl, spicy shrimp linguini, golden bream, grilled squid) and drinks (classic caipirinha, pina colada) & stunning beachside atmosphere BUT be warned that food service is very slow—we spent over 2 hours at our lunch!

Direct on beach, so best beach view, Tropic interior and not the common tourist food! but high quality and different for a normal price! All my clients i send here and they all find it amazing 🥂

Great place for a lazy afternoon lunch. We had fried squid and calamari, which both came with salad and chips. Perfectly cooked! The vinho verde was lovely the service we had was great too!

I recently had an amazing dining experience at a Calixtos in Porches. The service was exceptional, the live music was enchanting, and the beachfront setting made it one of the best places in town.
