Cedros Nature House

Absolute perfection! Cedros is absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable, the staff are incredibly accommodating, helpful and kind. Madalena treated us like old friends. The entire building was spotlessly clean, the food was incredible, and at night they even found a bottle of wine for us. The views are unparalleled. I will be returning this fall, it was so perfect. Thank you Cedros!

The stay was amazing, it had awesome views of Sintra, including Pena Palace. The staff, Madalena in particular, were fantastic and very helpful, she was more than willing to set dinner reservations, call taxi’s for us, and gave us tips for navigating Sintra and all it has to offer. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and filling and a perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. You can walk to the city center (about 15min walk) and is a short car ride/taxi to Pena Palace. I would highly recommend Cedro’s Nature House for anyone looking for a great place to stay with great staff near Sintra.

We came here for a mini honeymoon and I don’t think we could have made a better choice. The Hotel is stunning. The care and attention to every small piece of design is incredible. From the lovely art pieces, to the traditional Portuguese pastries.

The views are stunning, The pool and our room overlooked a gorgeous vista of the tree covered mountains.

Most importantly the staff were amazing. Madalena couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive. Funny and knowledgable, she made our break what it was.

Genuinely one of the most impressive places I’ve ever stayed. So grateful for everyone there Highly recommend staying. We will be back for sure.

Castle Views! Cedros Nature house is a tranquil stay with stunning views. This is a quiet, relaxing location, walking distance to several castles. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool to sunbathe and drink local wine. Breakfast was fantastic and hosts were exceptional, offering great dining and activity recommendations. Sintra is a safe beautiful place to travel solo (as I did) or a romantic location for a couples getaway 💖✨I stayed 4 nights to soak in all this charming town has to offer

Beautiful hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back and I recommend this hotel to others.

This was one of the most fantastic nights away I have had - an absolutely breathtaking panoramic view and a fantastic location for exploring! A fabulous breakfast and incredibly kind and helpful staff - wouldn’t of changed anything, I loved it!

Nous avons séjourné en famille chez Cedros Nature House et nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la magnifique vue, la piscine encadré par le paysage de la Serra, le calme du lieu, le confort et la belle déco, le service et l’accueil fort sympathique de Madalena et Joana.
Nous avons hâte de retourner à Sintra et chez Cedros.

Первая наша гостиница в Португали. приехав на место, обнаружили что это ансамбль нескольких котеджей которые только построили. Всё новое, хозяева приветливые и заботливые (иногда вместо того чтоб объяснять нам как доехать или дойти - просто отвозил нас)
близко ко всему, даже к Синтре идти пешком максимум 30минут
(были в Мае 2022)

Je ne met pas 5 étoiles pour la chambre car il manquait une poubelle dans celle-ci. Mais l’emplacement est géniale, la maison est comme dans un rêve.

Llamamos a un número de teléfono que devolvió la llamada a las dos horas, cuando ya nos habíamos ido del asco que nos dió.
La localización, por cierto, es complicada y nada bien indicada.

Eu e minha esposa fizemos o check-in no Cedros Nature House por volta das 18h30. Chovia e não foi fácil encontrar o estabelecimento, pois não havia placa na entrada da propriedade. Ao chegar lá, o estacionamento estava escuro, sem luzes. Fizemos o check-in e, ao entrarmos no quarto, ele estava gelado — a temperatura em Sintra rondava os 5 graus. Madalena, a funcionária que nos recebeu, disse que levaria um tempo para o aparelho de ar-condicionado aquecer o ambiente. Em seguida, ela foi embora e o local ficou sem nenhum funcionário. Depois de uma hora, enviamos uma mensagem por WhatsApp à Madalena dizendo que continuava frio. Informamos que iríamos jantar e que, se a temperatura não estivesse confortável quando voltássemos, iríamos embora. Retornamos do jantar em torno das 22h30. Para nossa decepção, o quarto continuava frio. Decidimos ir embora, pois não daria para dormir com conforto. Entramos novamente em contato com Madalena por WhatsApp, comunicamos nossa desistência e pedimos o reembolso da diária (detalhe: havíamos feito a reserva naquela mesma tarde pela internet usando um cartão de crédito, mas ao chegarmos no hotel tivemos que pagar em espécie, pois a máquina do cartão não funcionou para fazer o débito). Já estávamos dentro do carro para ir embora, parados no estacionamento, quando Madalena nos enviou uma mensagem pedindo que entrássemos em contato por telefone com outra pessoa, que se apresentou como Pedro e parecia ser o dono do estabelecimento. Depois de uma longa discussão, ele entendeu nosso ponto de vista e concordou em fazer o reembolso integral da reserva. Dez dias depois e inúmeras tentativas de nossa parte para reaver o valor pago, o reembolso não foi feito. Pedro não cumpriu com a palavra dele. Nunca fomos tão mal atendidos. Tenho como provar tudo que estou dizendo, com mensagens de texto e voz gravadas.
